    @tescomobile Yes, started with texting PAC from mobile and got a “technical problems, please try later” message. Tried 5 times, same message.

    @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

    @tescomobile @fgrscomhub @wlhowarth Again over 1 month later STILL awaiting any communication from Tesco. After at least 5 attempts of chasing I was told complaint has now been opened after a month of trying. Then told I would get help within 5 working days … 6 working days later nothing .
