    @tescomobile tesco mobile & its O2 piggy back a ******* shambles, A rubbish network, I wont pay to leave but Nov end of contract I'm off, tired of **** network connection (fob off customer service) on a very regular basis, yes fecking shambles

    @tescomobile hi I need to speak to Someone urgently. I was told on your chat yesterday I had until 24 April to cancel within cooling off period however when requesting my pac code I’ve been informed I’ll be charged £220 to terminate the contract!!

    @SHN51989 @tescomobile It’s awful all my Authenticator apps for work and uni linked to number. I think they forget phones are more than just phones nowadays. Truly awful service and supports.

    @tescomobile this is not my complaint. I can only top up multiples of £5, instead of rounding up my balance to a multiple of 5 (£15,which is the cost of the bundle i want), so my balance is virtually useless. Shameful trick by tesco.

    @tescomobile What’s even worst, you have lost my old number which I had for 7 years! I am losing business every day, can’t make simple call! I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys! What’s wrong with you lot?
