Lucy (@yo_lucy_) reportedI have changed my mind about @tescomobile customer service, they're terrible! My mum has had problems with her phone from the word go, the battery on it dies very quickly and is faulty. They will not even give her a brand new replacement mobile phone. 😡😡

Me (@word_me_) reported@tescomobile Sadly when my tesco phone is saying no service as the mast had been dismantled and you had not made any provisions or checkes to see what conciseness your actions take when all operators use the same mast. a 999 call cant be called when theres zero signals
