@Toadsanime @tescomobile This is a horrible marketing technique, if you can only gain customers by denouncing other companies, that's a trash business model

  • NicolaT20637403 Nicola Thomas (@NicolaT20637403) reported

@Tesco @tescomobile @tesconews I have always used Tesco mobile, and I've been rewarded for my loyalty with a faulty phone and no offer of help online. The Bridgend store told me that I should be offered a replacement. Lady from the Tesco mobile online however would not help (2/2)

  • NicolaT20637403 Nicola Thomas (@NicolaT20637403) reported

@tescomobile @Tesco @tesconews very upset with Tesco mobile service. Have been struggling with faulty phone. Rang once they told me it is fine. Visited store they confirmed it is actually faulty. Was spoken to very rudely when I called Tesco as not within warranty time (1/2)

  • closed386 closed386 (@closed386) reported

@tescomobile hi was told if a contract is cancelled within 14 days this closes down the account, but what about other people's ongoing contracts within this account

  • JayOhEe3 JayOhEe📈 (@JayOhEe3) reported

@Tesco @tescomobile @tesconews she has always used Tesco mobile and never wanted to change to the other networks, always shopped at Tesco etc. But the treatment she had on the phone was really not good and unfortunately tainted her love for the brand. Less helpful online Tesco.2

  • TYUIOP34 Simon Wright (@TYUIOP34) reported

@tescomobile The point is you're making out you're doing everyone a favour when the deal you're offering can lock people into an expensive deal down the road that they can't get out of. That's fair enough if people want it but don't portray it as if you're doing them a favour by doing so.

  • MazzerRamsay Mary Ramsay (@MazzerRamsay) reported

@tescomobile Can't get signal in HD9 area. Can you help please?

  • HaiderRashid31 Haider rashid (@HaiderRashid31) reported

@tescomobile @EE thanks for raising my contract price whilst also maintaining the fact I don't even get 4G outside my own god damn house. Bare in mind I'm paying for 5G CONTRACT. #3g #thisisntwhatipayfor

  • timdixon82 Tim Dixon (@timdixon82) reported

@tescomobile Sorry. Your advertising is not accessible to the visually impaired! Fix it!

  • AimeeClaireee Aimée Claire (@AimeeClaireee) reported

@peteb976 @tescomobile forreal and they even apologise in a 'sorry you feel this way' which is the worst most passive aggressive way to apologise too. Such an icky marketing strategy D:
