    @tescomobile your call centre is shockingly bad! I haven’t lost my temper at a stranger since I was stupid and immature in my 20’s but wow your staff are ignorant and rude!

    @HarrietSergeant @O2 I wonder if it is something to do with their systems? I am with @tescomobile and they piggyback on the O2 network and it is much more difficult than it used to be to top up.

    @tescomobile @financialombuds Why should I pay £40 a month for no service?! Totally unacceptable! And like I said, it’s been over 2 months now! Tesco said, there’s no issues, well there is! I have enough evidence on phone to prove it!

    @tescomobile I have paid for two Sim cards which were sent to the wrong address. The third one also has not turned up either. I hope you can help this time. Also I have paid you 20 pounds for the first 2 Sim cards.

    @tescomobile @tescomobile Hello, I have a Tesco locked Motorola G5 phone. I’m currently in Nigeria and I no longer have a Tesco SIM or UK phone number.I tried using the unlock form but it requires a UK number and recent call, which I can’t provide.Pls can you help me unlock my phone manually?

    @SHN51989 @tescomobile It’s awful all my Authenticator apps for work and uni linked to number. I think they forget phones are more than just phones nowadays. Truly awful service and supports.

    @tescomobile are u having payment issue today as cant get my first payment through on the S25 ultra deal... We have the emails and have received the digital signature code but then get get told try again later... So, are there payment issues or no phone stock...Ta.
