@tescomobile No problem. I think everyone understands that a 2 mile radius of anywhere in Malmesbury is out of coverage for Tesco Mobile. It is like the Bermuda triangle here.

@cymraesydwi @tescomobile I changed to Tesco mobile a few months ago and had a few problems initially as I’m not good with technology, but the sales people in @Tesco TalbotGreen were fabulous and sorted me out twice.

Dear @tescomobile on 27 Nov I took out a contract with you. Today, the 1st day I've had a signal I get a message saying a bill for £20 was issued on 9 Dec. Pls explain. £20 for 2 weeks seems high particularly as I had no signal.

@tescomobile when are you going to provide a service for smart watch’s so they can be use on 4g without a phone. To use my watches I need to have my phone with me. Get with the times.

@tescomobile I’m not in often enough to know - but Hywel who runs the Creperie stall just off the High St, was also finding O2 was a problem with his mobile card payment device, which was then requiring people to have cash. And that sounded like it had been a while and was getting worse.

Why is @Tescomobile mobile data (provided by @O2) so terrible in Exeter? Forget 4G, forget even 3G. It was even failing to get EDGE/GPRS.

@flickhan @tescomobile Same here, was fine but not anymore, if I get a mobile data signal anywhere within a 3 mile radius of my house the speed tops out at just over 1mbps. That's NOT 4g
