    Im having huge problems porting my number to @tescomobile It’s been three weeks, I’ve been fobbed off on the phone time again having been told it’s being escalated to a manager to “look into” constantly left on hold. I’m so disheartened with this service. I’m at my wits end!

    @tescomobile Says no issues. I’ve been in different areas of the county over the past week and it’s been at 3G which is ridiculous. Vodaphone were more expensive but at least I could use my data for things I needed instead of a service I got 10+yrs back.

    @Jon_Truscott @nonee3 @tescomobile I’m having the same issue. They’ve accidentally disconnected a number of customers and won’t admit this without pushing. I’ve didn’t hours on the phone trying to suet it. It’s not acceptable demand compensation or leave they are useless

    @nonee3 @tescomobile Yes I am having the same problem, 5 days and no sign of a resolution. I have just taken out a new contract and really regretting that now. Really bad service and online chat no help at all.

    @tescomobile I have not been able to make calls for 6 days. Multiple contacts with online chat, new sim card sent and now told there is a known issue affecting lots of users? Really frustrating bad service with no date for resolution able to be provided?

    @tescomobile Well it's gone 6pm now, I guess no new mobile phone for me today. Makes me wonder why I bothered going with @Tesco in the first place. If this is the level of service to expect, then god help me. /2

    @EilidhCreates @tescomobile I've had no TM service for 10 days (everywhere). Tried different phones etc. I've bought a SIM (which works fine on another network). Have taken a new contract with another provider. TM have offered 'good will' refunds but these don't match amount they're charging for 'service'.

    @tescomobile Any idea why my Internet on Tesco mobile randomly stops or goes slow? My work SIM on same phone and network provider (but not via Tesco) works fine.
