    @tescomobile I was never made aware of this at the time. Why don't you just get the customer to call when they receive the new SIM

    @tescomobile There has been an outage in RG22 due to a worker cutting the cable for wifi and data since Wednesday. Some providers are offering free data until this is sorted est fix date 13/06. No wifi for 5 days has caused me to run out of data. Is there anything you can advise?

    @tescomobile have tried putting my username on site and mob number then showing I've forgotten my password. Site just throws me back each time to log in page. Please advise as am looking to upgrade & have been a customer for many years. Thanks

    @tescomobile Fortunately Ive been put on a rolling monthly contract. Which will be terminated after a month after being with tescomobile for 10 years. Your customer service has really gone very poor

    @BigMrWilly1 Sorry, Mrs B flushed it down the toilet yesterday after she found out my grandson had accessed my special lady folder. Dried it out in cornflour but it did nothing, had to buy a new one from @tescomobile and the young man laughed at my plight. Also I’m banned from the car boot.

    @tescomobile Hello. I understand I can do this but I was cut off from mobile data for 2 days. O2 have apparently offered 20gb free for the rest of the month due to the problem over 4000 homes are having. Is this something you would consider?
