@ess_emm_aitch @tescomobile Weirdly, I'm not even angry or upset about it... Just amazed at the lack of understanding of the words "coma" & "days to live"... I can only assume the call is scripted and this threw the customer services *** completely off track! I've just told her to cancel the Direct Debit.

Always used to recommend @tescomobile for decent service. Been with them 7 years now I want to leave have to pay leaving fee...all because I changed tariffs within last year (because I was paying MORE than I should have been) which resets the 12 month contract. FFS 😡😡😡😡

@tescomobile Oh right I see, I was only asking as every month that I’ve paid my bill the upgrade fee has gone down. I have an iPhone 8 and desperately needing a new one now lol.
