I would never reccomend @tescomobile to anyone. Their customer service is awful, constantly been back and forward for months plus for the past 3-4 months I’ve been with them their network doesn’t work.. pretty much the whole of Devon, Somerset and even in Bristol!

  • LeHammy1975 Graham (@LeHammy1975) reported

@tescomobile Seems to be a general network issue. All my colleagues are having the same problem.

  • mikestrubel Michael Strubel (@mikestrubel) reported

@tescomobile @EE Hi Maria, I am afraid we still have problems. The new phone has the old telephone number on it now, which is great. Unfortunately when my father is texting the phone is sending it from the new number it came with which is a bit weird. The old phone is turned off completely.

  • mikestrubel Michael Strubel (@mikestrubel) reported

@tescomobile hi, 3 times I’ve called your helpline, three times the phone has been picked up and then put down. Don’t get this service from @EE will be returning my fathers new phone tomorrow. Absolutely appalling customer service.

  • Tonybroug Tony (@Tonybroug) reported

@Baz_Russell @tescomobile @Baz_Russell they give users the runaround on issues like this, you can message “incsunlock” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

  • LeHammy1975 Graham (@LeHammy1975) reported

@tescomobile Thanks Callum - Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it

  • BuffaloBazza Barry Skelhorn (@BuffaloBazza) reported

@tescomobile I have been with Tesco for over 20 years and have never seen such advice. Yes, it is probably there. somewhere. Meanwhile, Tesco have taken increased monthly bills as my data is inexplicably used up for no obvious reason. I will probably be switching to a less greedy firm

  • mikestrubel Michael Strubel (@mikestrubel) reported

@tescomobile @EE All I can say is that I’m happy that I am an EE customer, because this all the customer service is disgusting and it should not be allowed.

  • Bletchman Paul Kirwan (@Bletchman) reported

@tescomobile Is this ad supposed to make people feel good about your phones? Not working for me.

  • PrivacyMatters Privacy Matters 🇬🇧🇮🇪🇪🇺🌻 (@PrivacyMatters) reported

@tescomobile No point. The best solution is to move to another operator. @ofcom really ought to investigate the claims made by all mobile operators (& even check the accuracy of their own coverage maps)
