@tescomobile we are trying to top up our granny's data allowance and are going round and round in circles with the robot on the phone unable to talk to a human, please can you help, the app is also not working. 🤯

@tescomobile ok understood. But I'm not buying a phone, just a sim on a contract. I do think companies like yours treat sim cards like confetti. Not only wasteful but now I've got to wait 3-4 days for it to arrive (that's how long the last one took)

@tescomobile In attempting to purchase a new mobile I keep getting an error message to "try again later" over and over. Any resolution?

@Apple @AppleSupport @tescomobile As Apple hasn't responded after i posted that my less than two yr old Iphone XS through Tesco has a failing battery already, i want to let you know that i will never buy another Apple product or shop with Tesco. You've lost my business for life.

@tescomobile @EE I've been all over Staffordshire today and had no service. The 4g is horrendous almost all the time anyway in Staffordshire, a bit of Derbyshire and Wolverhampton

@tescomobile I'm in Liverpool so not a rural dead zone or anything. I haven't left Merseyside much but have travelled all around it and its apparently supposed to have very good tesco coverage! I expected a lot better. It feels like the problem is on tescos end and the guy in store concurs

I’ve had no service for a week, your web chat keeps saying a mast is down in my area. I’ve been out the area multiple times and no one else on the same network are having problems. When do I just give up? @tescomobile

@tescomobile absolutely no service all day. No 3g let alone 4g. No wonder the people in a tesco mobile shop have told me to go to @EE

@robbofromthe80s @songwritingdoc @tescomobile Right, but it is literally impossible for anyone to understand what word is being implied if they don’t already know the word itself. So, if your kids already know that “focaccia” is being replaced with “****” then your outrage should probably be directed elsewhere

@tescomobile I'm not going to waste time going to a store or waiting in a phone queue so I'll order online. Why on earth can't you sell sim cards that the customer can simply decide on receipt whether to enter into a contract or PAYG? Now I've got to order a new card and waste the first one.
