    @tescomobile Looks like the real issue is that since you've stopped offering the Legacy Bundle bonus on my account, my usage limit is lower, even though the price is higher. The late texts and sudden loss of mobile data are only a reminder of that

    @weardalepriest @tescomobile I've contacted tesco / @o2 every day for the last week, and keep getting fobbed off too. It's getting beyond a joke. Just come here and try and make a call! Check out nenthead noticeboard on facebook. Multiple people having same problem. Phone works fine outside the area.

    @JoButterfly888 So kind to offer. He will have mine this week if nothing happens. It would be good for @VodafoneUK to respond or honour its promises. Huge profit from a vulnerable single person in his tenth decade - but no service. I will sort out. @tescomobile do some good deals. Thanks you.

    @davinamcm @tescomobile Surely you can still honor the deal for a long standing customer. People have lots going on trying to budget with the inflation challenges and don't stop to check addresses on everything as most use email now. Also did you guys not check? Come on Tescos do the right thing here
