    @davinamcm @tescomobile Surely you can still honor the deal for a long standing customer. People have lots going on trying to budget with the inflation challenges and don't stop to check addresses on everything as most use email now. Also did you guys not check? Come on Tescos do the right thing here

    @tescomobile no signal at all,all day. Can't call, message or use Internet. Have to use my own WiFi. Can you please assist? Live in skelmersdale,Lancashire
