    @tescomobile rubbish service, can't get call waiting working and now I'm having to leave, less than a week after joining, as I require this bog standard feature to be working. It worked fine on another provider in same phone. "Customer Care", more like "Customer Can't" team...

    @tescomobile fully had me in the neck. How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. True, every little helps....their bank balance not mine. 🍻

    @tescomobile Hello, made an online complaint, no responce whatsoever, typical of you overseas service, they have no interest in trying to help you, basically you have taken my credit, and I want it refunded.

    I dropped my iPhone into the river this morning, but I'm up and running on a new phone with the same number less than 12 hours later thanks to excellent service from @tescomobile at Crewe Tesco Extra, who were very helpful. I will try not to throw this one in the river!

    @tescomobile took out a Sim Only 12M contract a few weeks ago, still waiting for my text/email for the 6M free Clubcard Plus promo you are running. Spoke to CS on 4th April who send he was manually sending the invite, but still nothing... Can you help? Thanks

    @tescomobile I rang my partner today and it went to voicemail so I hung up then later I received an email of you saying I'd used all my minutes plus my buffer, my partner's phone says it was a missed call, help please.

    After years of great service from @tescomobile their latest upgrade offers less data for more money than my current contract. Be grateful if you could explain how that is an upgrade?
