@tescomobile 5 months trying to use a free early upgrade, constantly told to try again in 72 hours or use a different debit card. I've got 2 contacts and been a customer for 10 years. Just spent 2 days in chat only to have it closed because I didn't reply in 18 minutes!!!!!!

  • chezwilko13 Chez☆Wilkinson (@chezwilko13) reported

@tescomobile how come I’m paying £15 for my bill this month but I’m currently without signal where I live and will be until at least the 8th March due to work on the o2 network in my area

  • shriekinbandido Beakay (@shriekinbandido) reported

@tescomobile I've had my SIM card for a month and the number still hasn't ported. Tried to cancel my contract as tesco in breach of it. Refused. Currently paying two contracts as a result. Awful customer service. You'll lose my business at renewal time. (3 contracts)

@tescomobile The problem is when you look at comparison sites TESCO mobile is not the cheapest for the consumer and often far more expensive. SMARTY, LEBRARA and dare I mention it ASDA MOBILE are far much cheaper to the pocket than Tesco

@tescomobile 🔥yes; in technical terms it has a name: "Capitalism". Q: WHY is Putin [paradoxically⁉] trying to 'grab' Ukraine ? 🔥Q: WHY, in 2022, does UK have a monarchy ? A: it's the economy, stupid: if you could 'grab' [your neighbour's] assets, with no consequences to yourself...🤔

@tescomobile has anyone had to contact cust care re:a tech issue 10 times and still not resolved?Advice:switch phone on/off regularly and it will be solved by 6pm. Einstein: definition of madness is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result

  • painfreelabour Ann Bentley (@painfreelabour) reported

@tescomobile How much have you made Tesco from selling ***** meat that is killing the rain forest? Putting profit before planet and people is a disgrace and you should be ashamed. I have cut up my Tesco card and will never shop there again.

  • NCoT_Tech James (ncot.uk) 🫖 (@NCoT_Tech) reported

@tescomobile My 3 bill hasn’t gone up, or if it has it’s not anything I’ve noticed. But never mind that, I think rising energy prices are possibly a bigger problem.

  • viking_northern Northern viking (@viking_northern) reported

@tescomobile I know how much you took off me for using my phone abroad for 15 seconds. Despite the account supposedly having a £40 user limit. I’ll never use Tesco mobile again.

  • harryawiles AdamW (@harryawiles) reported

@tescomobile Hi TescoMobile, I'd probably accept rising prices in return for some signal sometimes.
