    BT advised the onus is on the customer to check their contracts - however they are supposed to email you, let young know - so be careful, have emailed Ofcom to let them know of my experience - thank you @tescomobile for being transparent as my other phone is with them !

    tesco can you please fix your stuff? my phone contract ended in may 2021 and you still charge my bank each month for a phone contract that ended... i have asked support and yet they still charge me @tescomobile

    @tescomobile I've left you a 1 star Trust Pilot Review. I wholeheartedly regret moving to Tesco Mobile. Extremely poor customer service. I will continue to share my awful experience with others on social media. I WANT ANSWERS! WHY HASN'T MY 2ND NUMBER BEEN PORTED OVER IN 5 WEEKS?

    @tescomobile I'm going to a small claims court to recover the costs for loss of earnings. Five weeks and counting...one of my numbers hasn't been ported over. NO HELP FROM TESCO MOBILE! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! APPALLING SERVICE!!

    @tescomobile I want to speak to a human being, TODAY!!! 5 weeks on and still waiting on 1 of my numbers being ported over. I'm sick and tired of the lack of communication from your company. You have NO Answers, No Customer service team. The worst customer service!

    @tescomobile I need help regarding getting a new sim card sent out to me for my new phone as this phone always loses connection, so much so that I cant even ring the customer help line!

    @tescomobile thanks for info. You'll be loosing me as customer then. Sad to go but not being bullied into higher price contracts, even on clubcard deals, with EU roaming gone after April too. #NotAFairDeal #PromiseBreaker
