@O2 @SkyHelpTeam @tescomobile a couple streets/roads within our estate have become “black spots” overnight for signal. Hundreds of people left with little/no mobile signal. As soon as you move away from said street/roads signal is fine! Who is responsible & what is being done?

  • zoezoezoed Zoe (@zoezoezoed) reported

@tescomobile I was told I would get £20 to get a new phone as cannot be without a phone for work so how do I get that then!!!! And I do not want a used phone being returned I’m concerned this heap of junk was used in the first place hence the problems!

  • dariadollface Laura 🍷 (@dariadollface) reported

@tescomobile my phone still hasn't activated the PAC code and is now saying I'm not connected to a network. Your app isn't opening either. HELP!

  • richardhardy RicHardy (@richardhardy) reported

@tescomobile Sky mobile and I have raised it to them but it is affecting Sky o2 and Tesco mobile, therefore has to be something of a shared service/usage?!

  • covps Lee Walker (@covps) reported

@tescomobile can you explain why you can’t provide a mobile service for my daughter? She transferred from EE a month ago and can’t receive calls or messages from other networks. She has spent 2.5 hours on the phone with customers support and been sent a replacement SIM.

  • m1wle BobDotCom 🇬🇧 (@m1wle) reported

@tescomobile @crisis_uk It doesn't make sense. To buy one I have to have it sent to me or someone I know !! How does that help?

  • BenjaminLegget3 Ben Leggett (@BenjaminLegget3) reported

@tescomobile I tried that link but it just got me through to some random that didn't help. The phone I've ended up with is unusable, it freezes constantly, it's slow and insufferable, it makes me miss calls as it locks up and the screen locks on and off etc every two seconds.
