@tescomobile Thanks for that. It now seems that I will have continued disruption to my service until Friday 17th December. No-one can phone or text me, I can't make any phonecalls and have no connection to the internet unless I'm connected to WiFi. Merry Christmas 👎

Hello @tescomobile Can you explain why, when a customer orders a replacement sim, you disconnect the old one and have a live sim within the postal system? Do you think it is prudent to leave a vulnerable person without service for upto 3 days?

@tescomobile Yes, I’m using my home broadband network. (My mobile contract is unlimited minutes and data, but obviously I haven’t had any of either so far this month, at least not where I live. I can drive about 4 miles to get a signal but only fleetingly.)

@tescomobile Good morning. I did a factory reset of my trusty old Hudl2 and now the device can't access your setup server. Can you suggest a solution please? I don't think I'm the only one with this issue! Thanks.

@tescomobile Tried, webchat unavailable. Don't want to spend more time and money on your customer service line and having to go over the whole scenario again. Why can't someone ring me.

@tescomobile Hi Sean. I’ve had a quick look, I don’t know that this authority can help me. Basically I have been billed since February £4.50 twice monthly by a premium number that I have had no contact with. I have never texted them and they don’t text me. It’s a scam
