@tescomobile There is no point in more DMs. I have communicated with 5 chat people in India, your Twitter team for 5 hours, called on the phone and been into a store. The problem is Mi-Pay Ltd. You need to change to a reputable company.

  • jl_yorkuk John Lindley (@jl_yorkuk) reported

@tescomobile I'm wondering what the escalation procedures are when porting an old phone number to a new SIM in a new phone fails THREE times (once in store and twice via phone calls to Customer Care)?

  • MrClement17 Mr Clement (@MrClement17) reported

@tescomobile She has been waiting for an e-mail with instructions since yesterday afternoon... still nothing and zero signal; she is now regretting to switch from EE for the sack of more gigabytes (which she cannot use for last 2 weeks). Disappointed indeed

@tescomobile I am so so desperately disappointed with how terrible your phone signal is. I can't use my phone at home and it has been months now. I try and make calls and it just drops, I want to leave, but my contract has months on it. It is useless.
