    @tescomobile Thanks Callum - Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry. Our engineers are likely to be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it

    @tescomobile @which of course, The normal script based response. Ill make it perfectly clear.. No matter the device, No matter the location, I very rarely get above 12 mbps!, Only at stupid times in the morning do i see above 12mbps down 4mb upload ( on a good day )

    Absolutely appalled at the service my daughter has received from @tescomobile trying to take out a phone contract… 5 people all saying different things and still no phone contract after 4 days of trying.. so much for the recommendation I was going to transfer too.. not now! 😡

    @tescomobile i’m supposed to have 4-5g unlimited data but it’s alwasy on 3g i’ve tried everything to try and fix it but nothings worked? why is this?

    @tescomobile I have been trying to upgrade my mobile since the weekend and each time I’m being told my payment is unsuccessful and it gets cancelled, I have tried several debit cards. I have never had this issue with previous upgrades so very disappointed.
