    @tescomobile I spoke to the online help earlier today, there was an issue moving the number due to being old contract to new contract and a new sim is on its way, I never even lost signal on my original sim

    @tescomobile when will signal issues be resolved? Your online checker confirms a problem with a mast in the area but no indication of how long it will take to resolve. A bit of communication with your customers to keep them informed goes a long way!!

    @tescomobile My SIM card failed Thursday and I’ve had a replacement SIM from my local Tesco Store. Installed this Thursday night. But still waiting for it to be activated to my original number. Can you help?

    @tescomobile Happy to DM you my number so you can see I’m (still) a Tesco customer but not looking for any kind of resolution or goodwill gesture - too late. It’s sad that companies don’t respond until you embarrass them on social media

    @tescomobileire I have tried to move number twice on the app and still no response & now paying for x2 mobile phone accounts! Moved to #tescomobile as thought it would be better than @ThreeIreland but basically all telecoms companies offer the same awful level of customer service
