@tescomobile @tescomobile this is immaterial when for some unknown reason your number and account doesn't work and every day for 16 days you are told 24 hours until it works and it never does and no-one can help you. Your customer service line went dead

@tescomobile @WhichUK Your customer service is absolutely rubbish. My phone and data haven't been working for 16 days. I have spoken and spent time on chat every day and every day I am told 24 hours to sort it out. I have just been told 4-5 days!!!!!!!!

@tescomobile Do you have a complaints procedure? I am really unhappy about this, in an emergency I would have been in serious trouble.

  • MadManDrivel Simon_W (@MadManDrivel) reported

@tescomobile Yeah- I used the coverage checker to find out it’s STILL not working. What are you doing to compensate customers?

  • AndrewG1128 Andrew Gardner (@AndrewG1128) reported

@tescomobile hi,I ordered a new phone yesterday as a new customer & been sent tracking information but the numbers I have for tracking says invalid.

  • griffsr Scott GriffithsClare (@griffsr) reported

@tescomobile very disappointed that had no signal or data at Fairford for the last week. I was told that O2 refused to put extra support in the area due to the air tattoo which is what normally happens. EE provided this for their customers so not sure why were we left our?
