@tescomobile Yet you're more expensive than the big networks anyway and you use the awful O2 network.

  • eLJaybud Lee Gibson (@eLJaybud) reported

@hatetorycuts @tescomobile @TalkmobileUK I'm with Plusnet, £10 a month, 30 GB, and unlimited everything else, sim only Black Friday deal. They piggyback onto the EE network.

  • gavbrtm GameOn (@gavbrtm) reported

@tescomobile @RonaldA16957298 Your customer service is absolutely useless the times I've had to make contact. You change terms of a contact without the customers knowledge, your sales people miss sell the product and airtime contact, oh yes, and you overcharge the cost of handset's.

  • eLJaybud Lee Gibson (@eLJaybud) reported

@OldGitPhil @tescomobile @SMARTYMobileUK I'm okay with my Plusnet 30gb for £10 a month unlimited text and calls deal that I got on Black Friday. Plus it's a monthly rolling deal, so I can cancel at any time.

  • supernaturebro The boy from Bengal (@supernaturebro) reported

@tescomobile You use the 02 network. Tell your customers how slow you are. Also, tell your customers about the 3-year deals they have to sign up to. Be transparent, guys.

  • Pault_46 paul (@Pault_46) reported

@tescomobile Unfortunately tesco mobile has dropped its standards can't get WiFi calling, signal drops a fair bit now, been phoning people for ages and even tho its ringing at my side they don't get the calls happened about 3 times this week with 3 different people. Time to change I think.

@flash_flannagan @tescomobile Since After XmChristmas the Kingston park is selling rotten@same day food to the poor in reduced sidle. They’re obviously putting dates on but excluding the 2-3 days it’s stuck in Dover & Kent. Meaning they are selling the poor rotten food . They had beef tomatoes that had mould

  • rhymingmisfit Autistic Activist, .GTTO (@rhymingmisfit) reported

@flash_flannagan @tescomobile Single people have to pay an extra 25% for less if we don’t want to waste food. Half a loaf should be half the price right??. Also all the stuff for the poor is more than doubling in price whilst middle range and rich peoples food is staying the same price.

@tomatozoo @tescomobile @Albman55 They don't need ho 'defend' their coverage. They use the O2 network. Their coverage is great.

  • andy290664 Andrew (@andy290664) reported

@Albman55 @tescomobile I have been with Tesco since leaving Vodafone, and Tesco mobile provides far better coverage than Vodafone and Tesco customer service is extremely good wether you speak to an advisor in store or on the phone.
