@tescomobile Text messages on my iPhone are flagging as unsent but are still being received? iMessage is not affected. I have tried resetting phone settings and it’s not resolved. Is it a network issue ? Thanks

@tescomobile Why are you making it so difficult 4 me to take out a new contract 4 my family's mobiles? If you had any sense of customer service, u would have moved me on to the best deal 4 the price I am paying now & then informed me that u had put me on a better package!

@tescomobile OK we’ve just worked it out! We managed to login to your website from another phone using her phone number. The settings were under 12 content only, which had blocked too many things! Couldn’t access her kids Netflix account, Spotify, Roblox or even YouTube Kids!

@BlokeZx @RoidyRandy @tescomobile Price they charge for a plan is upto them. My issue is calling some 0% interest, when they actually take extra money by selling the phone at higher price. Plus many Don't know - Some lenders see it as personal loan affecting credit rating/affordability for mortgage.

@tescomobile Hi. We are on day 10 of having no signal. Since June we have had 19 such notifications from 02 - service is lost for several days. Your customer services say they’re not responsible. How can you resolve this?

@tescomobile Went to a Tesco the first time in ages, never again, all this Clubcard rubbish everywhere. Just provide a decent price for everyone. Very misleading way of pricing things. People can't afford to be 'tricked' like this

When your phone decides to give up the ghost, 4 mths ahead of being able to upgrade. (Occasional intermittent issues, nothing major.) Unplanned trip to @tescomobile to fork out for early upgrade. Except major issues due to not remembering all passwords. OH now trying to sort out.

@tescomobile I have become a new customer and ordered yesterday, when will my SIM arrive and phone as it said today but I’ve had no communication from DPD. Also my new Tesco mobile account won’t let me log in as I don’t know my new phone number yet.

@tescomobile I’ve tried to upgrade on two separate occasions and each time have given up in frustration. I have started the search for a new provider as a result of this. This is no way to treat an loyal customer of many years.
