@tescomobile hi, is your phone line having problems? I am trying to call but the call cuts out about 3 seconds in every time.

  • s4bo60 samantha bryson (@s4bo60) reported

@tescomobile I have tried to raise a complaint twice now and no one seems to want to raise it. Or contact me regarding the actual complaint

  • _sopphh96_ soph (@_sopphh96_) reported

@tescomobile absolutely ridiculous not being able to receive sms texts on 4G with signal. I have to have 3G to receive these types of texts. I’ve tried everything!! Apple checked my phone too! I have a replacement sim too! Absolutely shocking, can’t wait to leave

  • HofKnocker Adrian Tompkins (@HofKnocker) reported

@tescomobile And possibly the reason I didn’t get your call was because I was at work with no signal. Ironic right?

  • HofKnocker Adrian Tompkins (@HofKnocker) reported

@tescomobile hi you told me yesterday that there was nothing more you could do regards my complaint. I will give you one final chance to resolve this matter satisfactorily within 14 days or to send me a letter of deadlock.

  • davecarson88 dave carson (@davecarson88) reported

@Gordon45908442 @tescomobile Gordon, how did you go on as I've had exactly the same problem. Phone lost by DPD, no resolution!

  • neilslater36 Neil Slater (@neilslater36) reported

@flickhan @tescomobile Same here, was fine but not anymore, if I get a mobile data signal anywhere within a 3 mile radius of my house the speed tops out at just over 1mbps. That's NOT 4g

  • Gordon45908442 Gordon (@Gordon45908442) reported

@davecarson88 @tescomobile No help from either Tesco Mobile or DPD. Both tell you to contact the other. It looks like it may be delivered today but we’ll see.

  • s4bo60 samantha bryson (@s4bo60) reported

@tescomobile none of your agents are willing to raise my consumer law complaint over the phone, keep going on about warranty which is not the issue as it’s consumer law. iPhone has hardware issues under contract Tesco don’t want to know because warranty is up.
