    @tescomobile Text messages on my iPhone are flagging as unsent but are still being received? iMessage is not affected. I have tried resetting phone settings and it’s not resolved. Is it a network issue ? Thanks

    @tescomobile your customer service on the phone and online is shocking! 2 hours worth of calling and web chats to be told 4 lots of different information regarding using power of attorney. Very very poor and in the digital age in which we live I have to post the POA 1/2

    Had the Samsung Flip 3 for 3 months and there's already creasing showing down the middle of the screen. That's appalling @tescomobile

    @glamvicar @tescomobile And I’ll never forget the “service” from T-Mobile who threatened court action over £1.18 due despite being told I had fully paid up my mum’s account after she had died a few days earlier. T-Mobile then wondered why I cancelled my own account with them. They are beneath contempt.

    @tescomobile @WhichUK Worst mobile provider EVER! I have a Samsung flip which I purchased in January on contract, tha handset has developed a crack on the screen along the flip which now appears a common fault. You have told me to purchase a PAYGO phone whilst mine is repaired at my expense.

    @tescomobile can you help. If I turn my iPhone hotspot On and allow another device to stream internet via my iPhone, will I still continue to use my allowance up even if that device gets turned off of goes into sleep mode.

    @Vintage_Soul_xx @tescomobile Customer service is appealing everyone tells you something different. I did the webchat and have email transcripts where they promise the earth. I'm waiting on manager calling back in 72 hours. If no call ive told them I'll pay airtime part of contract but not the Mobile part as

    @glamvicar @tescomobile I won't forget the kind woman in @LloydsBank Harpenden who sat me down after I burst into tears having said the words "I need to access some funds for a funeral," gave me a glass of water and sorted it all out in 30 minutes. #Sadmin
