    @tescomobile it’s been 3 months since I first reported a contract bought fraudulently under my name and yet no word from your Fraud department. You have no problem chasing me for invoice though. My credit record is badly impacted. This is poor customer service. Not impressed!

    @tescomobile my husband purchased 2 contracts and returned them within 14 days of period, still he has not received refund. Moreover no one is helping with the issue.

    @Browwwn @tescomobile I'm really not sure why cleaning the contacts would help me send a text to one specific number that isn't working when all the others are, but I might humour them anyway.

    @tescomobile I have 3 mobile accounts with you, I'm disabled, I need to speak to doctor and guess what you lack of service won't let us phone a doctor, no warning was going to happen, looks like that will be the case all week, been with you 13 flipping years, you let me down bad

    @tescomobile For the past few weeks my Tesco mobile signal’s been shocking at home. Was great previously. Other people locally have said there’s been maintenance going on, but should be ok by now… nope… just over 1 mile SE of Tesco Extra, Hattersley.
