    @tescomobile paid my phone bill online via debit card this morning and went to check my bank and Tesco took the payment twice of £60.48 instead of the one payment! I never refreshed the page or pressed pay now twice yet it took the payment twice!!! Want the second £60.48 back now

    @tescomobile Liz, what is unclear? Was porting required to your network, before being able to use a @tesco SIM card? My son's iPhone has been compromised since he replied to your linked text message... Opening of ports has allowed changes being made, and locking him out! Who's fault?

    @tescomobile upgraded my phone yesterday to an iPhone 13 and the charger cable I got with it is making a horrible high frequency whistling sound when I plug it into the Tesco branded USB-C plug I bought. Is this normal??
