    @tescomobile I have paid my bill and my card provider states they have authorised the payment but tesco haven't claimed it. I have been cut off and been trying since yesterday to get it sorted. The customer service team just keep saying the same thing and aren't helping me.

    @tescomobile How can I top up my son's grandmothers phone without a voucher? She's currently in hospital with a broken knee and is in too much pain to do it herself. Can it be done online? Thank you in advance.

    @tescomobile Thank you but doesn’t really answer my question and it’s quite concerning being at work, knowing you phone is not working and elderly relatives might need your assistance and in distress and why is it some phones are working and some aren’t, even on the same mast?
