@tescomobile They may be but u do not offer the full service. Without WiFi calling rural people feel as if they have the pistachio taken. No fibre on area means mobile for home internet and fair use on unltd capping us when we have no fixed line. Who is pistaching us now?

  • mimadden M11DGA (@mimadden) reported

@tescomobile How much have they spent upgrading network infrastructure?

  • eyean Ian G (@eyean) reported

@tescomobile But Tesco you get rich by monopolising your sector too, and by replacing checkout staff with computers. Stick to sorting out your own issues on ESG first.

  • _forty2_ DF (@_forty2_) reported

@tescomobile 4 networks over 9 years, that's less than £30 million per network. How much profit has Tesco made in the last 9 years from price increases on everything you sell?

  • GlynisKEvans Glynis K Evans (@GlynisKEvans) reported

@tescomobile I have been with Smarty network for 2 years. Getting rid of them because they totally rely on wi fi. Went to London at the weekend no reception. Storm last week no reception. Scotland last year no reception then they say 4 g kicks in not with me. 😡

  • omracer Mattie LT Marker (@omracer) reported

@tescomobile To be fair, I get the same deal but only £5 a month not even in a contract with another 02 based network and they are offering 3GB for £5 a month (Lyca). I mean not as good as £1 for 100 min, 100texts and 500mb with another network (cmlink )but data with Tesco is not the value

  • Jimbob78 James (@Jimbob78) reported

@tescomobile I strongly urge you to avoid this service. I’ve had a single issue ongoing for 8 months, made over 30 phone calls to them and it still is not resolved. Worst. Service. Ever.

@SimonTa58845715 @tescomobile @EE Call up and say you can’t afford it you’ll have to leave and they will either drop it or give you extra for your money it’s more expensive for them getting a new customer than keeping an old one
