    @tescomobile When are the masts serving the DY6 and surrounding areas going to be fixed please? This issue is causing risks to people who rely solely on mobile phones as a method of communication. The delays being caused are completely unacceptable and your communication poor.

    @tescomobile please help getting no where fast. Contract phone delivered yesterday,no sim card was in package. Getting no where fast using call centre and misinformation from Tesco store Stowmarket. We need a Sim card for this new phone, a simple request that you can't resolve

    @tescomobile Hi there, is there any issue with visa online payment one-time passcodes being sent via text been raised as i have been in contact with my bank ( The co-op bank ) and they said that the message shows as sent but it timed out?. Kind Regards Sean Mann

    @tescomobile Would be helpful if the app would load. Keeps just showing a blank screen and the loading wheel. App is up to date so it's not an updating issue.
