    @tescomobile Why was I told a refund would be processed yet now I’ve received an email stating it won’t. You can not take payment for a service, cut off that service and keep the money for it. Absolutely furious at the lack of customer service and ineptness of your β€˜care’ team.

    @tescomobile Hey you do o ow the UK is nearly 80% white don't you? But you'd never think it watching your last TV adverts. It looked 80% BLACK & 20% White, never use you now

    @MartinSLewis An idea fora new show. Best and worst customer services; Best M&S and Fenwicks. Worst @DPD- it’s impossible to speak to a person so no resolution and @tescomobile misinformed and ignored even by the CEO team. Complaints made take 28 days not even a ref given
