This is wrong. Yesterday a customer services advisor said you may waive the excess fee can you confirm this the case.

This is a truly awful service and nobody seems to know what’s going on. It’s never been this difficult with other providers!

fabio manetta (@fabiomanetta) reported@tescomobile this is not my complaint. I can only top up multiples of £5, instead of rounding up my balance to a multiple of 5 (£15,which is the cost of the bundle i want), so my balance is virtually useless. Shameful trick by tesco.
