@tescomobile Dear Tesco your store manager showed me the process on his Pc yesterday and adnittted to no there is no mention of excess payment when a customer signs up. This is wrong. Yesterday a customer services advisor said you may waive the excess fee can you confirm this the case.

@tescomobile Unhelpful I store staff. No idea how long a phone will take to be fixed, no temporary loan of phone. How can people function without their phone in this day and age come on #tesco sort it out give some proper customer service please.

@tescomobile I topped up with 40£,activated my 20£ rocket pack and received a confirmation text that says so.Still,now it says I have no balance nor an activated pack to make any calls.I must top up with another 20£ to RE-activate a pack that should have been active already!That is 60£!Fix it

@tescomobile I'm UK resident in Tobago. Have a zero cap on bill. I can't make calls here so I'm trying to get £10 limit on bill. I know my user name. When I try to either put in what I think is my password or reset it I get Glitch message call 4455 but can't make calls. Help!

@tescomobile I’ve tried that and nothing improves. The signal continues to dip in and out. Normally have full bars in the area, now getting none or only one.

@tescomobile it didn’t no went in store to do a sim swap at about half 10 I lost service on the new sim a few hours later so assumed it had swapped but still no service so phoned up and said it hadn’t swapped over, still no service now

@tescomobile 13hrs after being assured that my numbers will have transferred across & still all sims showing 'not registered on network'. WHEN will this be resolved? What options do I have? If I request a PAC code today & take out contracts elsewhere, will the transfer work?

@tescomobile hi I moved to a different network 2 months ago. I cancelled with Tesco and the bank but you're still taking money out of my account even though I am out of contract. Thanks for your help
