@tescomobile ok understood. But I'm not buying a phone, just a sim on a contract. I do think companies like yours treat sim cards like confetti. Not only wasteful but now I've got to wait 3-4 days for it to arrive (that's how long the last one took)

  • Realistic_Live Real (@Realistic_Live) reported

@tescomobile @BBCTheOneShow Avoid this network, the only ones *************** is @tescomobile

  • katygreggs89 Katy C (@katygreggs89) reported

@tescomobile Yes engineering work in our area but it’s not due to be fixed until April 2. Again, why am I still having to pay full price for a service I CANNOT use and that is preventing me from completing important tasks?

  • WendyWardLake Wendy Ward (@WendyWardLake) reported

@tescomobile What a disgrace of a company you are. I have been speaking to your so-called customer care team for weeks now, most recently with Toby Kasava & Krystal - wow, I have never spoken to two such rude people! My elderly mother has been a loyal customer of yours for years

  • BigF__kingLiar EnoughNow (@BigF__kingLiar) reported

@tescomobile What about yourself? You talk about rising phone bills, but what about food costs? What about doing more to tackle plastics, like installing plastic banks that people can use again and get paid for? That would help get food and bring down some costs for people.

  • Realistic_Live Real (@Realistic_Live) reported

@tescomobile @BBCTheOneShow In 3 weeks you’ve allegedly sent me 2.. neither have arrived, and if your service boils down to me having to find a Tesco’s that has a sim that I have to pay for then your service is as I previously stated.. ****! Every little helps my arse!

  • MarkInWillesden Mark (@MarkInWillesden) reported

@tescomobile Value isn't all about money. Tesco is cheaper than EE but Tesco is terrible value because it doesn't work properly for miles round where I live.

  • JerryonTwidder JerryonTwidder (@JerryonTwidder) reported

@tescomobile I'm not going to waste time going to a store or waiting in a phone queue so I'll order online. Why on earth can't you sell sim cards that the customer can simply decide on receipt whether to enter into a contract or PAYG? Now I've got to order a new card and waste the first one.

  • trueblue1878 Michael Halsall (@trueblue1878) reported

@tescomobile I'm in Liverpool so not a rural dead zone or anything. I haven't left Merseyside much but have travelled all around it and its apparently supposed to have very good tesco coverage! I expected a lot better. It feels like the problem is on tescos end and the guy in store concurs

  • murphywigan Murphy (@murphywigan) reported

@tescomobile Hello Liz, yeah I've tried SIM card in another phone, still doesn't work.
