@tescomobile Interesting. When they answered you were they any help? When I ring I get a call centre off option 4 and they say they cannot help cannot put us through to anyone in complaints who can help but will put a note on the system. This is getting a little Kafkaesque.

@tescomobile First the phone I rent from you said "no sim". I've taken it out and put it back, now it says I need to top up my payment to use it. The phone app said it would send me a code, but didn't. The online help site says send my debit card details. Dreadful service.

@tescomobile Not impressed, after inputting my bank details to purchase a new mobile, i was told to ring a number for further checks. I asked to provide details of both my passport and driving licence to prove my identity. I do not drive! I was turned down! What a waste of time!
