    @tescomobile just curious, I've got a new SIM and now can't seem to get onto the app. Says there's technical difficulties. Is there a known problem with the app in general or is it something to do with the new SIM?

    I am furious! @tescomobile I need help. No on is answering, web chat has cut me off. And Fraserburgh and Daneston Aberdeen have both switched phone to engaged, rather than answer. I am far from home and even webchat isn't picking up...I have 3 phones on my contract. 😡

    @tescomobile unable to login and update phone. It just seems to be stuck on password can’t get passed getting a pin.

    @tescomobile Liz, 3 Tesco Mobile staff chatted and assured me within some months that this job will be done. If Tesco Mobile stores chatting records then you can easily investigate your internal issues.I still hope I will get this SIM card activated until they will send me an official letter.

    @tescomobile Signal on my phone disappeared again this morning and I cannot work without it. Bizarrely my sons phone is fine but I cannot use his. I cannot get updates on the issue as I can’t receive texts and calls. Turning off and on again hasn’t worked so far either. #ridiculous

    @tescomobile Thanks for your reply Callum. I have done the above already. I have just tried my sim in a spare unlocked iPhone we have and it is also not getting a signal.
