    @tescomobile Received a new SIM. No data available. Just spoken to lovely CS agent who says there’s an ‘unknown issue’ with data for customers who have made recent changes to their account. Please advise when this will be fixed & compensation details.

    @tescomobile spent over 2hrs in store trying to get a phone contract, only to find your internal system is down, walked out with a @giffgaff sim instead

    @Mandoline_Blue I was with O2 for 20 years-ish and they did nothing for me. May I humbly suggest @tescomobile .... they've been very good, and run on the O2 network as a backbone.
