    @tescomobile Not good enough. Checker says good. Others having the same problem. This should be a priority for O2 and you should be all over them to fix the service. Not take 5 days which is impacting multiple customers.

    @tescomobile getting an awful lot of scam calls lately. The numbers ringing are very similar to my own. Do you think your database could have been compromised as I’m not the only Tesco customer dealing with this atm

    @tescomobile refusing to give back money that they themselves admit they should not have taken. “We’ll phone you back” they never do. Absolutely disgusting company happy to leave people with no money, even in these tough times. Reported to @CTSI_UK & @OmbudServices this is theft

    @tescomobile can a complaints manager call me regarding a very rude Conversation I’ve just had with your complaints advisor will. It’s my fault coverage is bad in my area and despite me being promised a solution yesterday it’s been taken back.

    @tescomobile Whatever you do AVOID TESCO mobile! Terrible customers service and they will sell you a faulty phone in December but do nothing about it not working within a month. They think it’s okay to leave me without a mobile or anyway of contacting my family in a pandemic! @Apple @tesco

    @tescomobile hi Jade I got through but it’s disappointing to hear there’s a big switchover tomorrow afternoon that I won’t be able to help my mother with - I will ring again after 1pm and hope to get through to try and get her phone restored as she is 86, lives alone, shielding and not techy

    @tescomobile It's quite funny that you're losing a customer because you can't provide anymore log in pin numbers. @virginmedia how long is your headphones deal on for the Sony Xperia 5 II? Will there be another smart watch deal with Galaxy S20 FE as I missed the last one.

    @tescomobile absolutely disgusting bought a new phone on the 6th DECEMBER that is not working! iphone11 contacted them and they offered a repair leaving a single mum in the middle of a pandemic with no way to contact anyone as I have no landline! Same on you
