@tescomobile erm can you advise? I’ve not been able to receive calls on my phone for several weeks, though I can make them. Today I called my voicemail and it’s telling me that “as a new customer” I have to set my voicemail pin - I’ve been using you for years!

@tescomobile Call Tesco. Now escalated to Complaint Mngmnt who respond in 7-days. Meanwhile no means of comms whatsoever and Tesco Cust Adviser unable to assist or give no. for someone who can. Unbelievably Complaint Mngmnt called 14/2 but unable to get thru’. That’s because phone not working

@tescomobile. How many times do you expect me to respond to an email telling my my monthly mobile bill hasn't been paid, then when I try and sort it out in the supermarket, your help team say the payment method is set up, it'll all be fine? This is month 3 or 4 now. Unhappy!

@tescomobile Its 16.02 and the problem is still there...cant have normal conversation as the connection dropping each few sec...im fed up it should be already fixed by now...
