  @tescomobile Hi, I’ve done all of these steps multiple times in the last 2 years. Still no change so what now? Poor service for 2 years and looking at another year of the same, I can forward screen recordings of the shambles you call a network showing 4G and media just buffering !

  My 10 month battle with @tescomobile continues. All I want is a Doro phone unlocked for my mum! Finally received a number to unlock it and it STILL doesn't work and says it's invalid. I will never shop with Tesco Mobile again after this fiasco. Shocking customer service.

  @tescomobile absolutely appalling customer service received I’ve got a phone that a piece of rubbish faulty already lost everything now it hardly switches on and u won’t help and I was cut off! Worst mistake ever switching to yourselves

  @tescomobile The worst present I ever got from an ex boyfriend was an ironing board so I could iron his shirt. He was so excited to give it to me I couldn't let him down and say I hated it. So i got up and ironed one of shirts on the spot just to show how much I loved it. #TescoMobileTreats
