    @tescomobile ... To understand... With no other way than a phone call they'll communicate. Then slow, wrong information, trying to charge early termination fees when in cooling off period, reluctance to meet ofcom rules around PACs, just dreadful.

    @tescomobile What’s even worst, you have lost my old number which I had for 7 years! I am losing business every day, can’t make simple call! I have moved all data to my new iPhone, had content for my YouTube channel recorded and now you have blacklisted the device and I can not back date my data! I am paying you for device you cowboys!     @tescomobile No. I've spent over an hour already, and all your team managed to do in that entire time was confirm the postcode I gave THEM at the very start. They didn't respond to any of the signal data I sent. Why waste more time?
