@tescomobile can you please help? I have a new phone from you, delivered last Thursday. As I wish to keep my current number, I have texted PORT to 23432 as requested. I have had no response at all. Can you please help me to transfer everything as quickly as possible? Thanks

@nonee3 @tescomobile I lost all TM service from the 15th. Tesco Mobile store (within supermarket) said they'd seen a lot of connection issues recently but we're unable to solve. I'm leaving their network.

@tescomobile Nope, it didn't do that. It said it was closed. Not acceptable. The reporting line should be separate from customer care. Reporting a stolen device is NOT a customer service issue, it is security and URGENT.

@tescomobile Yes,I've tried this. The SIM doesn't work in either my old phone or brand new iPhone. However many times I've explained this to customer service they send me an extract from the contract explaining I can't be guaranteed to receive a service, despite being charged for it!

@tescomobile Unfortunately 14 days isn’t long enough to test the area for decent signals. It’s not until you start to travel further afield or pop into town that you suddenly realise you keep losing the signal. Really takes the shine off my new phone.

A couple of weeks back @tescomobile PAYG signal stopped working in my house. Multiple devices, same behaviour. It works 500m away. Tesco Mobile monthly contract works just fine though. Anyone any ideas?!

@tescomobile So, if my phone were stolen at midnight you don't give a ****. I have FOUr phones from you. Maybe I need to get a new mobile phone supplier who is less crap.

@tescomobile appalling service! Now eleven phone calls, hours wasted, lots of broken promises, after a day and a half u block my sim again. Y? Apparently I have been ordered 3 new ones! It has allegedly been reconnected but still no service! But I am still paying! Why?

@tescomobile when are you guys going to sort out your very poor 4g signal in the CO14 area?? Your team have been fobbing me off with excuses about a local transmitter being 'worked on' since April. 1Mb/s download speed. Pathetic
