    @tescomobile hi could you help, my phone signal is not working. Phone restarted, removed sim card and inserted again. Nothing! My sim card is fairly new. Any advice? Thanks Ps: my dad's signal is perfect. He's on tesco mobile too.

    @tescomobile I live in Alresford. "A phone mast close to me isn't working" as your text says. It's not been working for almost a week. Was promised an update on 6th Jan. Have heard nothing. Please help?

    Just left @tescomobile after 13 years, no point in staying if there is no USP. Off to a cheap virtual operator and reducing my monthly bill by 67% Would have been happy to stay but the pants level of customer service (abroad) made my mind up for me

    @TescoMobile I’m disappointed with the service I’ve received. I have been a customer for 2months &my contract hasn’t worked since I purchased it. I’ve contacted customer service many times &have not reached a resolution. I expect better from a major company. #disappointed
