@tescomobile despite 3 long phone calls with you my Mum’s phone still doesn’t work. You were changing it from a pay monthly to pay as you go but the contract has been cancelled but she can’t make calls. 3 people have said it’s been done and we still have a problem. Please help.

@tescomobile @tescomobile overcharged me for data, even though better deals available for new customers. No deals for long-standing customers, yep it’s a **** take alright.

@tescomobile 3G doesn't even work just H+. I can't work remotely like I'm supposed to be able to do because I can't hotspot my laptop with the poor signal. I'm paying for data I can't even use. I can't even use data whilst on a call, its ridiculous

@Pauline54232922 @4lanFrancis @tescomobile What £7 for 500 mins and a paltry 1GB! (even if you don't use much). I'm sorry, but you're being taken for a ride. For the last 4 years, I've been on £8pm unlimited calls/texts. Started with 8GB, now 15GB. Even the £6.50 had unlimited calls texts & 4GB! Call your network!
