@tescomobile @Tesco @tesconews very upset with Tesco mobile service. Have been struggling with faulty phone. Rang once they told me it is fine. Visited store they confirmed it is actually faulty. Was spoken to very rudely when I called Tesco as not within warranty time (1/2)

@tescomobile can someone help me please my grandmother had a text with a claim code for a £5 e-voucher but when I input her details it says it's not a valid email (but it is) even when I try my own email address it says 'email addresses are different' but they aren't

@schnuckster @mvonschantz I had a similar thought, as a @tescomobile customer on O2's dreadful network. Although the gradual disappearances of corded landlines might be more relevant.

@StuLittle1972 @SloaneEsq @tescomobile Buying the phone new, and the card from Tesco tomorrow. Thanks for your help.

@tescomobile Agh ok I had an email saying it would be next day delivery and it was dispatched on Thursday. But it hasn’t arrived yet. Had all the welcome emails to the network but awaiting sim.

@tescomobile Or just dump the contract model like giffgaff. If your service is truly good, people will stay. Dont hold your customers hostage with a piece of paper

  • JayOhEe3 JayOhEe📈 (@JayOhEe3) reported

@Tesco @tescomobile @tesconews my mother has been very upset with her customer service using the online Tesco mobile. She’s been sent a faulty phone. Had it confirmed as faulty in store. Unable to do anything in store as bought online. Online are not being helpful. Any help? 1/2

@Toadsanime @tescomobile This is a horrible marketing technique, if you can only gain customers by denouncing other companies, that's a trash business model
