I have 3 accounts need to cancel one but you are not allowing me access to the account. I'll cancel all 3 and DD then you may want to engage. Shocking customer service.

I think it’s appalling, we can’t send or receive calls since Sat.

It doesn't tell me about the progress made or when it is expected to be fixed or of there will be any compensation. This started on Tuesday and is not the first time in recent months. It happens too often!

I cannot believe that I have to leave my elderly parents without a way of contacting me due to the inept #tescomobile service.
