@tescomobile your customer service is shocking and you should be ashamed! Phone ordered & package delivered today, has been tampered with and no phone inside and we the customer need to wait 5 days while you investigate! You should be sending a phone to us WHILE you investigate!

@tescomobile absolutely disgusted you will not cancel a pay monthly contract because I can't answer my mums security question. How could I, she has suffered a stroke, can't speak, is incapacitated and must continuing with top ups she can never ever use. Absolutely pitiful

@Wadadli96 @tescomobile Nothing unusual i bought 2 nokia 3.4 mobiles for the grandkids kids and even though tesco have confirmed the nokia phones have a fault that cannot be repaired they are refusing to cancel the contract 🙄

Moved from the absolute garbage mobile provider that is @virginmobile to @tescomobile recently; @ 1st the signal was much better, but lately it's been pathetic! Can't any1 provide a decent service these days? They're all happy to take their monthly fee though!
