@tescomobile I am very disappointed that Tesco has decided to go along with the other money grabbing mobile airtime providers. . except O2.. which puzzles me as you use their mobile network... profiteering ?? Anyway, tesco will be losing 6 contracts before the end of the year.

@tescomobile Hi Tesco, as a tesco uses 02`s network, can tesco users not get the same benefits and also gain access to 02 priorities?

So disappointed with @tescomobile I’m 9 months away from ending my contract and having issues with signal at my dads and sue to my brother needing a kidney transplant I need coverage all the time. Despite my efforts I’m getting nowhere. I can’t afford the exit fee but need signal

  • SmileyMatthew91 Matthew Hall (@SmileyMatthew91) reported

@tescomobile Sadly data doesn’t work at all as my IPhone 8 mini doesn’t even get a 3G signal :-(

  • seymourjames3 Jimbooooo (@seymourjames3) reported

@tescomobile @Pig_Maiden Yes the guy in store sorted them within 15 mins . Its all in my chat with customer service most of whom had no idea what they were talking about so much so one even sent out new sim cards. 18 months I paid for data that could not be used properly over 300 pounds stolen by tesco

  • seymourjames3 Jimbooooo (@seymourjames3) reported

@tescomobile @Pig_Maiden The fact is I paid for a service my kids could not use properly because no one at tesco ever informed me that the sim card was restricted or I would have got it unlocked and policed the usage myself also why was it only these 2 cards that were locked and not the adult ones.

  • seymourjames3 Jimbooooo (@seymourjames3) reported

@tescomobile @Pig_Maiden Before they do ask them to check out the chats I have had it should still be sitting on my file. The issue is just to be clear itwas never explained to me that the sim cards came with parents lock which need to be removed by customer.

  • seymourjames3 Jimbooooo (@seymourjames3) reported
