    @tescomobile Hi im on contract and my phone seems to be having issues with recognising theres a sim card in it. This has been happening since this morning. Im with you guys. Is your network having issues? Or is there a problem with my sim card/phone??

    @tescomobile I can’t keep on trying, I’m working. I submitted the complaint details by email to avoid this, why can an email not be replied to with more than a useless ID reference!? Not only were we given false information, we now can’t get a reply in a timely manor.

    @tescomobile hi, can I ask what is considered an acceptable amount of time to keep a customer on hold with your company. Currently at 1hr 40 mins and still waiting.

    @tescomobile Hey, so I've checked again and it says there are no problems now, but my phone is still saying there's no sim card. So could be a fault with the sim card. Am I able to get a replacement sim card sent to me? Im on contract.

    @tescomobile Hey Tesco Mobile,while looking for a new 5g sim only contract with you as a customer of 10 years,I can get a better deal through Uswitch as a new Tesco Mobile customer,have I really got to PAC my number to Giff Gaff and then come back?
