@tescomobile Could I get some assistance please? I regularly am unable to get signal in places where friends/family have strong signal. Also apparently I have 4G but been unable to use my phone today at times Need more than club card points as an apology when this is reoccurring

@tescomobile upgraded on the 22nd delivery today, just got email from DPD to say its coming on the 31st !!! #NotHappy phoned you at 0800 today was on phone for 10 minutes and your operative hung up !! call that service ?

@tescomobile have been nothing short of a shitshow!! I’m so angry with the customer service i’ve received with an issue thats taken over 4 months and now, after DELETING MY NUMBER, they’re refusing to call me!! It’s made me want to move away from @Tesco completely! 😡😡😡😡

1/2 Sim failed on Tuesday. 6 web chats, 2 store visits, 6 phone calls to customer care. 2 new SIM cards and still no service. Unable to operate my business properly, 50% of my family have serious medical conditions & I can’t be contacted if something goes wrong. @tescomobile
