They then called ONE RING and then text to say sorry we missed you complaints closed WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER DEALT WITH

Happy to wait on the phone but can't actually solve the issue this way due to aforementioned signal issues 😕

Lauren (@Titch_7) reported@tescomobile Thanks for coming back to me. I visited the store at 6:50pm but only spotted your worker who was by customer service when I saw him. Have spoken to the team at Penarth who said they have to take phones back or something.

Lee Scott (@LeeScott321) reported@tescomobile awful service, upgraded and phone arrives damaged and then when I try to get it sorted I’m passed from pillow to post and nobody is willing to sort it , will be cancelling the upgrade and looking elsewhere
