@O2 bizarre that your cancellations make no retention attempts. 15 years on and off with the network and don’t seem fussed about losing customers at all. @tescomobile what’s the quickest way to pick up a sim!?

  • JayGran45091653 Jay (@JayGran45091653) reported from Pilton, England

@tescomobile I’ve had a new sim too.. I think it’s purely down to the network being far weaker than EE which I’m used to with 5G pretty much every where.. tesco /02 down to 3G 🤬 my colleagues and friends on tesco02 have said the same.

  • JasonLynch103 Jason Lynch (@JasonLynch103) reported

@tescomobile I would like an email address to send a complaint too. I tried using the “email us” feature on your website but my email is too long and I need to include screenshots

@tescomobile I was looking forward to getting my new iPhone today, you were very helpful, just a shame dpd could not do a simple task and deliver it on time, waited all day and never arrived, paid xtra to have it delivered Saturday morning, still waiting for a call back from them

  • Charlot03365887 Charlotte Willshire (@Charlot03365887) reported

Pathetic service one again from @tescomobile who have now cut me off mid call as its hit 9 o'clock leaving my contract phone switched to a pay as you go sim with £0 credit while hey 'fix' a problem. No phone, vulnerable parents, 2 kids but none of that matters to tesco mobile

  • _sopphh96_ soph❤️‍🔥 (@_sopphh96_) reported

@tescomobile any reason as to why my 4G keeps switching to 3G when I’ve got signal and used to get 4G in my room? I’ve tried resetting the network settings but it still happens

  • speckken kspeck (@speckken) reported

@tescomobile are there network issues in the Porthcawl area? My mobile signal has been non existent for most of the day

  • robertstenner Bob stenner (@robertstenner) reported

@tescomobile I have ordered a SIM Card and the RM Tracking tells me it was delivered to the local sorting office on 13th Sep. It still seems to be there - I can't imagine this is due to any industrial action, and I have spoken to my postman the past 3 days. Help?!
