@tescomobile Yes engineering work in our area but it’s not due to be fixed until April 2. Again, why am I still having to pay full price for a service I CANNOT use and that is preventing me from completing important tasks?

@tescomobile I'm not going to waste time going to a store or waiting in a phone queue so I'll order online. Why on earth can't you sell sim cards that the customer can simply decide on receipt whether to enter into a contract or PAYG? Now I've got to order a new card and waste the first one.

@tescomobile hi, I am tweeting from the Plymouth area, and for 3 months now, I have been on 3G rather then 4G, and I am incurring costs because of this. I have changed the settings on my phone to be 4G only, and now you are saying a mast is down and you are trying to fix it. Help
