@tescomobile @O2 This is absolutely disgraceful, to be honest it's bloody disgusting. Why are we still 1 month later without signal when your mast apparently has been fixed. Can only use my phone on WiFi 😡🙄

  • cwillis19821 Chloe Willis (@cwillis19821) reported from Cirencester, England

@tescomobile hi, I received my new phone yesterday and have done a sim swap to keep same number. How long should this realistically take as says up to 24 hours at busy times. It's been 14 hours and no loss of signal on old sim card. Tesco to Tesco swap. Thanks

  • duffbeer3107 Daniel Ross (@duffbeer3107) reported from Romford, England

It’s goodbye to @ThreeUK you lost a loyal customer with one price hike too much, and Hello @tescomobile same contract I was on before but at the price I paid 4 years ago, with a bonus of upping my monthly data to 250gb for a year, was a no brainer to switch

@tescomobile Not a thing done just been blocked by Tesco mobile so if you have any complaint they just ignore customer care and keep your money

@tescomobile It's only in one area, I've spoke to someone from your team who has said that there is a network issue in the area. Hopefully it's resolved soon.

@tescomobile signal has been awful for nearly a week in CF63 area going between no service and 3G rarely getting 4G signal. What is going on??

  • soozles_ Soozles 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿💙 (@soozles_) reported

@tescomobile Looks like a mast is down in the area so I’m guessing it’s been the same all week. Very frustrating when I’ve missed important phone calls and haven’t had the signal to return them either

  • UnicornsRockUK UnicornsRock 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ (@UnicornsRockUK) reported

@KatrinaTransfem @tescomobile @O2 O2 is fine, but Tescomobile piggyback their network and it has been rumoured that O2 throttle them back first when things get busy.

@tescomobile hello I was trying to make an outright payment to get the Iphone 14 pro max 256 Gb black model but it’s showing an error that there was a problem processing your payment. It isn’t canceled by the bank and I do have sufficient funds in the bank. What is the issue here
