  @tescomobile why can I not get signal anywhere now with my phone? My partner and parents are also experiencing the same with you. Literally SOS or one bar that then makes you sound like a robot no matter who you ring! What’s the point in paying for a contract when I can’t use it

  Why is it I reside 12 miles North from the centre of Cardiff and have 2 sim cards in my phone on different networks but only receive a 5G and 4G signal? I travel thousands of miles to the tiny Greek island of Skiathos and receive 5G and 5G. Can someone explain why that is. I am guessing there are still insufficient 5G masts outside of Cardiff. @EE @tescomobile

  @tescomobile I’ve started a contract with you 2 weeks ago.. I ported my old number to you using my pac code. Since then I can’t make calls or text or use data off of WiFi.. and any contact I have with customer service I’m getting fobbed off. Can you fix this

  Absolutely dire customer service from @tescomobile. Service was down for 6 days. Claimed compensation for the outage. Got an AI reply same day auto closing the case. Filled in their silly form from the next reply. Reply came back wanting more information!

  Emailed Tesco Mobile CEO Jonathan Taylor. 1 month now trying to resolve "can't verify my details" with no resolution.Upgraded 1 line fine in Feb, but wife's free out-of-contract line hit with "unable to verify details". Already in useless DMs. @TescoMobile @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman

  @tescomobile Practically every day somebody complains about Tesco mobile on here. No other Company gets such complaints. Every day you are made to look bad it is not in your interest for this to be happening do not accept complaints on x.

  @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.
