Thanks to the people who have contacted me who have called to inform me that my backup phone/work number has been posted on a wall in Conventry. It involves ***** but not the feline version. Just phoned @tescomobile, the carrier, & I couldn't have had better customer service.

So the solution given to me by @tescomobile is to revisit the online chat and basically repeat what I told them in April and in emails through May #nothanks #tescomobiledealwiththeissue

@tesco @tescomobile Can I say that stopping the thin bags on tesco home deliveries was the worst decision for disabled people ever, the reason many people use you is becausue they are disabled. Bending to pick every item off the floor is **** and you are morons
