    @Whoamiftr @tescomobile Oh dear, poor mom Kelly, like you don't have enough to deal with lately. This shift to all things tech is proving to be fraught with issues. How much simpler life was before this avalanche of craziness was rolled out on top of us.

    @tescomobile what makes it further appalling is the first call made to customer care, my grandmother, who is recovering from a stroke and so gets confused, did not pass security checks, despite the answers she gave being correct......

    @tescomobile The person we spoke to was rude and essentially trying to palm us off. Congratulations @tescomobile on the worst support I have ever had the misfortune to come across. Should add - that she is awaiting a call ref an op she has been waiting for for two years....

    @tescomobile I have had no mobile service for 12 days. Noone can give me a timescale for when your system IT problem will be fixed. So what am I supposed to do?This is terrible customer service.

    @tescomobile what's going on with the app it either isn't working or just takes forever to load anything since this morning. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the problem is still there

    @tescomobile I have just had an absolutely awful experience with a customer service representative, and now I am not being allowed on the online chat. I recorded the entire conversation and have a copy of the transcript. Should I post on here?

    Mum had a mobile phone under Dad’s account (part of a family package). @tescomobile promised to send out a PAYG SIM card for Mum to use whilst arranging her own monthly payment account. @tescomobile assured me there would be no interruption to Mum’s service …..
