    @tescomobile have a Dept called, Additional Support Team (a bit like the SAS I imagine) They have done NOTHING to resolve a simple? issue. I am fuming here (because I've got eye hospital appts etc coming up and the contact me by text)

    @tescomobile The engineers are aware of it weeks ago! Still no WiFi signal, or text/calls for over 2 months! Taken it to the @financialombuds now!! #unacceptable

    @tescomobile Still the same issue nearly a week later. Engineers are working on it. The fact I am expecting calls from hospital is the issue. Hopefully the problem is resolved soon. Only been with Tesco mobile a month and already having issues

    @tescomobile why does 5G with full bars mean **** ALL. Very frustrating when phonecalls are constantly cutting off or not even connecting in the first place.

    @HarrietSergeant @O2 I wonder if it is something to do with their systems? I am with @tescomobile and they piggyback on the O2 network and it is much more difficult than it used to be to top up.
