    @tescomobile your service is absolutely tragic! My son was mugged in London on Monday, I reported it straight away. Five days later we still haven't received a New sim and your insurance still haven't processed my claim!

    @tescomobile I have called the insurance every day since Monday. My claim is still being processed 5 days later and no date of completion! Absolutely shocking service. I've also made a formal complaint, 8 weeks for a response!!

    @tescomobile Well One store said no to 3 handsets being sold then the other store 3 miles away I brought 3 phones on 2 separate transactions with no problem! Fantastic service. My issue is the first store manager was highly rude and intimidating- not good customer care …

    @tescomobile 1) Contacted you with a billing query and the agent talked over the top of me, gave me inaccurate information and answered a question I did not ask. I left one of your major competitors after 20 years because of a decline in their customer service.

    If I enter into a new 24m SIM only contract @tescomobile can you remove the included EU roaming during that contract period whilst still hold me to the contract term? Simple question your online help are completely unable to answer.

    Hi @monzo can you help me plz? @tescomobile attempted to take £15 out of my account this morning even though I'm not with them anymore and they assured me it wouldn't happen. Is there a way to block any future attempts please?
