@tescomobile No questions. Just outrageously rude customer service agents. Disgusting attitude. Just letting those contracts run down.

  • LivviJadeE Livvi-Jade (@LivviJadeE) reported

@tescomobile hey, getting some really bad call service. I either get a lot of cracking and interference to calls dropping or not even coming through. Any help?

  • NickCollinsPod NickCollins🐜 (@NickCollinsPod) reported

@tescomobile has the rudest customer service agents we have ever encountered. Can’t wait to end those contracts.

@tescomobile Hi, I need some help understanding your PAYG tariffs for vulnerable mother-in-law. Struggling to find the specific answer re top ups on your website. How long does credit last on PAYG if you don't use the phone very often? Credit has expired, only topped up in Dec

@tescomobile appalling customer service by Tesco mobile tonight. No one will make a decision, no manager to talk to, different message from everyone you talk to. The absolute pitts.

@tescomobile Hi jade spoke to an advisor this morning.. the mast is ok the sim is clean. We ordered a 5g card for my daughter they have switched mine and her sim cards off and we will have to wait till they arrive before we get any service. Really disappointed.. I didn't want 5g card.

@tescomobile Am receiving calls from Central African Republic. Having taken to the Internet about the problem I can see that it is a scam. Numbers are different so little point in trying to block them. I know not to return the calls but are you aware they are happening?

  • IainSanders Iain Sanders (@IainSanders) reported

@tescomobile Help!! Just bought my son a phone from eBay and it's locked to your network :( Seems it was a PAYG phone but seller didn't tell me that, can you help getting unlocked please... Please

  • ElPedroCat Pedro Cat (@ElPedroCat) reported

@tescomobile By the time my network goes through their process (if they have one) & if the CSA actually does anything & IF my network actually contacts you that could take days by then they would have changed network so no point. Like I said don’t worry about it I did my part & reported it.

@tescomobile Thanks Rob. I'm slightly baffled then. Father-in-law added £10 in Dec. She hardly uses phone except going to eye hospital. She tried to make a call to be picked up from hospital and had no credit. She does not use any apps. She has sight problems so phone is important.
