    Been proper mis sold by @tescomobile Promised I'd been upgraded on the phone to unlimited internet....turns out the can't do this. Spoke to 4 different advisors who don't seem to want to help. Utterly ridiculous!. Now I'm being told they "can't find" the call 🤔 #misselling

    @tescomobile So I cancelled a contract with you guys on the 25th of October, still haven't received a refund, never accepted the handset delivery and now you're trying to charge me for the handset too? Worst customer support I've ever come across. Thoughts?

    @cymraesydwi @tescomobile I changed to Tesco mobile a few months ago and had a few problems initially as I’m not good with technology, but the sales people in @Tesco TalbotGreen were fabulous and sorted me out twice.

    @tescomobile absolutely useless . Shocking customer service. 8 phone calls calls ,2 hours and we still haven’t got a phone ? How ? DO NOT USE TESCO MOBILE ! misleading . Comes up with the wrong price at checkout and staff do nothing . DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    @tescomobile Thanks for your reply. The lady called your Customer Service again after your above response. And what she got was applauding. Despite the fact she is on contract, one representative ask, she buys new sim card, while another said she needs to wait for 5days - kindly check your dm

    @matt_saunders_ @tescomobile @O2 I feel so badly let down. To not even have a time scale is shocking. I've wasted hours and hours of my time trying to get this sorted and no one seems remotely interested. I'm so fed up.
