    Emailed Tesco Mobile CEO Jonathan Taylor. 1 month now trying to resolve "can't verify my details" with no resolution.Upgraded 1 line fine in Feb, but wife's free out-of-contract line hit with "unable to verify details". Already in useless DMs. @TescoMobile @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman

    @tescomobile - How can a mobile phone provider not provide a phone that can get incoming texts or calls? After 9 days of a new phone when called from a landline my number is still not recognised. Your customer support is dire. As a new customer I won't be with you for long..

    @tescomobile And I can't log in to cancel because the order is linked to the phone number on the account I specifically didn't create (hence the time I spent with your customer service).

    @TescoMobile I received 3 separate contract emails today for Google Pixel 10 Pro XL phones I never ordered, addressed to 2 different people (John Rymer & John Wilson) but sent to MY email address! Each email contains contract documents-I've Never been a Tesco Mobile customer!

    @tescomobile Practically every day somebody complains about Tesco mobile on here. No other Company gets such complaints. Every day you are made to look bad it is not in your interest for this to be happening do not accept complaints on x.
