    1/2 @tescomobile I got a 2yr Tesco mobile contract on the salesperson's assurance that the signal 4 my area is good; it isn't. The online map says it's good; it's wrong. The online chat can see I've barely been able to use the phone or data but still they say it's fine; it's not.

    @tescomobile can you get 02 to fix there mast as it’s been playing up since August in SA7 area @Ofcom they literally lots of people who are are complaining about it on Facebook group. Calls cut out, data not always working and didn’t leave a miss call to my dad phone today.

    2/2 I lost work steadily for 6wks so far. Clients can't contact me. @tescomobile r taking payments without providing a service. Got covid for 4 weeks after signup; didn't realise I bought a duff contract & now they won't release me without full contract payment - for no service!

    @tescomobile just a small tip please change your courier as @DPDgroup_news are absolutely shocking, terrible customer service too!!! Still waiting on our delivery!

    @CliffSinc @tescomobile I am having the same problem and fault message despite using correct MMI code! My phone stops ringing after 5 seconds. Tesco mobile staff on App simply fob off by saying 'its a software issue' and it's awaiting resolution. Been saying that for 3 months since I first complained

    @EE Why is your website blocking me from accessing? I bet if I was late on a bill you would not be so forgiving. Never had this issue with @tescomobile

    @tescomobile wife got a phone 6th dec still no voicemail, text or 4g. Continually fobbed off by a shocking customer care department each time lying and saying it will be sorted in 24hrs. Dont go near Tesco mobile! @tescomobile @tesco

    Hello @tescomobile we have no signal in the area for a second day. We also had this issue for two days last week. I have 3 Tesco contract phones in the house that we can’t use but are paying for. Area is WD19 Thanks.
