@tescomobile I notice it has been slow pretty much everywhere. Noticeable difference in speed in 4G when I was with EE. Tried all trouble shoot I.e. flight mode, phone restart, network setting reset. On iPhone 12. Software Up to date. My wife’s phone is the same. We moved at same time to TM

  • suzannelouise26 Suzanne White (@suzannelouise26) reported

Anyone else on @tescomobile? Been really struggling with any signal for a week now. Fine when Connected to Wi-Fi but the 4g is so bad

  • lampini1 JanieLou (@lampini1) reported

@tescomobile have tried twice now to purchase one of your SIM cards, my payment was declined - now your customer service says it’s my banks fault and @HSBC_UK says it’s Tesco’s fault. Sad that you don’t seem to want my custom!

  • stephenjpreston stephenjpreston (@stephenjpreston) reported

Been with @tescomobile for more than 10 yrs. Switched my phone on @ the airpt in Aus. Didn’t go online, or download anything. Charged £150! Customer services manager said only prep’d to knock £60 off. Out of contract so will simply swap providers when I get home. Unbelievable!

  • zarajohnston_ Zara Johnston (@zarajohnston_) reported

@tescomobile It’s the exact same. I got full 5G signal in a town 15 minutes from me but everywhere else is 1 bar of 3G or E. it’s ridiculous I’m fed up paying a phone bill for something I’m not receiving decent signal on!

  • CHR1S_SM1TH ℂ𝕙𝕣𝕚𝕤 𝕊𝕞𝕚𝕥𝕙 (@CHR1S_SM1TH) reported

Numerous times a day, every single day @tescomobile signal drops out. No matter where I am! Always get the standard replies "try 3G over 4G/5G" "Turn on/off Airplane mode" Nothing fixes it until the signal decides it's ready to return itself! It's becoming an absolute joke!

  • dpmx65 Checks & Balance, Accountability in Politics 🇺🇦 (@dpmx65) reported

@tescomobile Does your CEO Mr. Tom Denyard not get involved in customer query? I have now emailed him twice still no end in slight with a small issue of porting the mobile number to my new supplier 20 days, still no action taken by the back office staff at Tesco. Why?

  • lewisgault891 Lewis Gault (@lewisgault891) reported

@tescomobile so i recently moved house no signal whatso ever and im expected to pay a bill why? checked the coverage checker and it said I should get excellent signal but went on the O2 coverage checker to say there is a fault why don't tesco update on their end

  • ClayCroome Adam Clay-Croome (@ClayCroome) reported

@tescomobile Happy to DM, but a manager just told me I must go into the store to get my complaint resolved, which is not what your policy says at all. We can DM, by all means, as long as you're going to get your policy right, otherwise I'll save my time and complain directly to the omdsman.

  • Gina_Coates Georgina💜 (@Gina_Coates) reported

@tescomobile my boyfriend has been waiting over month for your fraud team to contact him. He is constantly told by customer care they contact him and nothing! This is unacceptable and this must be sorted!
