@tescomobile why do you not have bereavement support? My husband died and my phone is in his name, I can’t change the contract into my own name. I have tried customer support and messaging. This is stressful.

@blisswords @tescomobile I had my gripes with EE but this experience has made them look phenomenal. Thankfully someone in Tesco customer service has cancelled the transfer (which I was told before wasn’t possible) and sent a PAC code. First job tomorrow is get a new sim!

@tescomobile really getting annoyed with the internet data always dropping off and not working. It’s fine sometimes but this is getting worse. The status says you are aware of it so please get something done about it fast

@NikitaJGarner @Chrissi25105065 @tescomobile Wow, I was on 10mbps for years and thought that was bad. Now got 74 outs and it is awesome. I think remoteness and hills are still an issue with cabled connection. You have my sympathy.

@tescomobile Hi Harry, thank you for replying. Both iPhone & SIM were taken out on contract as Xmas gift from @tescomobile, I am not with another network, nor have another number, only the SIM included... Why would the 1st text received be about keeping or porting his no.? He's now locked out

@tescomobile joke , still no callback from concerns managent team, again another broken promise. Supposed transfer number (you changed without telling me) back to my account 9th , now been charge £10 an job still not done , still on pay as you go how hard is it, still waiting

@tescomobile shocking customer service. Halfway through a 3 year contract and, for the 2nd time my Nokia 8.3 5g battery is dying (first fix clearly didn't). No ownership. Not in warranty 🤬 Pay £200 to upgrade, no waiver. So what exactly do I use my 12g data/texts/minutes on?
