@tescomobile Hi, hope you can help. Daughter is in Mexico & unable to make calls. I’ve updated her safety buffer but she has a message to say she only has £1 left, her account says £50, can you help?

@tescomobile It was everything thing - for calls I got No Service popup - checked your site & it indicated no local issues but there are some in nearby postcodes. Site suggests power off phone (I'd tried restart) Power off/on seems to have resolved problem Thank you

@Pig_Maiden @tescomobile Run from Tesco Mobile as fast as you can. They've damaged my credit score, admitted it and refuse to fix it. Plus their payment system isn't compatible with industry standards. Terrible company.

@seymourjames3 @tescomobile Thanks Jimmy but I've tried everything. I'm done and I don't have the time, money or inclination to travel to Irvine chasing a less-than-useless service from a bunch of money-grabbing charlatans. I should have listened to good advice and gone with Sky Mobile.

@tescomobile what is with the rubbish signal all the time? It’s so annoying

@samvj88 @tescomobile It might be because your number is saved like “07xxxxx” in her phone. Try to get her to change it to +44 7xxxxx (international format). If she’s getting a Spanish message it sounds like the network thinks it’s a Mexican number (i.e., a local number) since there’s no +44.

@tescomobile what is happening with the loss of ANY data (5g/4g/3G) …customer service just fob me off with ‘out of my hands’ ..‘it’ll be resolved soon..’ not really good enough… #tesco #tescomobile

@LisaEnglish71 @tescomobile They've damaged my credit score, admitted it and refuse to fix it. Hope you get to move away from them ASAP.

@tescomobile This isn't over. You think you can damage someone's credit score and get away with doing literally nothing about it?
