    @tescomobile how can I find out if my sim has failed? Second day of no mobile signal/data. I’ve tried repeated turn off and on again with no luck. My kids are on same network and have signal so I know it’s not an area issue

    @tescomobile The mast must be down in Polegate. No 5G or even 4G for days. Can you advise exactly when my service will return please?

    @tescomobile hi I need to speak to Someone urgently. I was told on your chat yesterday I had until 24 April to cancel within cooling off period however when requesting my pac code I’ve been informed I’ll be charged £220 to terminate the contract!!

    @tescomobile why does 5G with full bars mean **** ALL. Very frustrating when phonecalls are constantly cutting off or not even connecting in the first place.

    @tescomobile you are disgusting my 90 yr old father has heart failure /dementia can’t make or receive calls for 5 days others on the same network can was told the phone mast is down but he also needs a new SIM card to resolve this but you are refusing to send him a new one
