@tescomobile I have yeah and there's no reason why it shouldn't be working, hence why I thought it a service issue.

  • Ballynarrig ian (@Ballynarrig) reported

@tescomobile You are losing a lot of customers who live in the countryside where network coverage isn't the best.

  • WildWest1912 WildWest1912 (@WildWest1912) reported

@tescomobile I keep seeing about 2G being phased out & advising people to check with service provider as to whether they provide 2G coverage & how wide that coverage is. Has Tesco (O2) any plans to phase out 2G in the future? Obviously don't want to buy phone that will soon be obsolete.

@tescomobile your Customer Service is disgusting and despite asking to speak to a Manager one is never available, shameful 🤬🤬🤬

  • AitchHazza Riz (@AitchHazza) reported

@MarcFountain4 @tescomobile I don’t actually have the phone with me at the minute but tomorrow I will show you the ‘damage’. An 81 year old with dementia and arthritis who needed to use a coin to get the back off is being discriminated against because of a scratch.

  • koshernerd don phillips (@koshernerd) reported

@iwantcandy82 @tescomobile Sounds like AT&T.... The last 4 places I've lived I have zero service specifically at my house.... Outside and around my house I have perfect signal... But nothing in my house. And wifi calling feature doesn't work cause it says it needs to verify me on the cell network...

  • iwantcandy82 Ria Tonge 🇺🇦 (@iwantcandy82) reported

OK @tescomobile what's going on, I've had horrendously bad signal for weeks now and today I've woken up to see "not registered on the network" when I try to make calls and emergency calls only??? No landline so I can't call you! I need my phone working!

  • damomogg Damien Mogg (@damomogg) reported

@tescomobile why am I still receiving calls and texts in USA even when I have my cellular network off and data roaming off ? What else do I need to do to stop getting charged ?
