    @tescomobile @o2 Your mobile signal is getting worse. Terrible 😞 in Brentwood-appently broken mast for MONTHS, now really noticing it elsewhere. I am losing money as I have to take payments via my mobile connection. Are you going to fix it or do I move on?

    @tescomobile my partner has “used” all her monthly data in a week. It’s highly unlikely this could be correct as her data never runs out. She bought an add on as customer services were beyond poor. The data add is not working. She would tweet but… NO DATA. Can you please help?

    @tescomobile have a Dept called, Additional Support Team (a bit like the SAS I imagine) They have done NOTHING to resolve a simple? issue. I am fuming here (because I've got eye hospital appts etc coming up and the contact me by text)

    @tescomobile No I made an offer of payment you refused it. You sent me away. I’m not in a position to use an excuse line payment as explained in person and electronically. I offered cash you refused. No longer my problem.

    @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.
