    @tescomobile so the O2 mast is down yet again in HD9 area. This is becoming a weekly occurrence. We have no network coverage yet again. What are you doing to address this please? People are trying to work from home etc.

    @tescomobile I STILL can't ring out to any number - any one I try now says number isn't recognised. My data doesn't work either. This is not good enough now. I'm paying for what exactly here? Absolute shambles

    @ceeforina @tescomobile Tesco uses the O2 network so you might wish to consider whether you'd use Tesco, O2, Giff Gaff, Sky or Lyca if O2 advertised. Similar with other networks with who uses who. It can be tricky taking a principled stance.
