steven rothwell (@steven_rothwell) reportedCan you tell me @tescomobile @O2 why I pay 150 a month for 3 mobiles with no signal. I’m seriously considering moving providers. It’s a joke #ImACeleb

john5691 (@JohnMac22756388) reported@tescomobile Hey you do o ow the UK is nearly 80% white don't you? But you'd never think it watching your last TV adverts. It looked 80% BLACK & 20% White, never use you now

Dave (@In_Dave_idual) reported@tescomobile How on God's green earth am I supposed to reset my password to log in to pay my bill when it requires a 2SV via SMS when YOU'VE CUT OFF MY SERVICES. Complete joke of a service anyway.
-
Adrian (not on Netflix) Thoms (@ThomsAdrian) reported@tescomobile This is outdoors and I’m banging on because at a service area where at times there will be maybe hundreds of users of O2 network trying to use EV apps or plan their routes on Google Maps or Waze this is shoddy. I don’t expect 100% coverage on the road network but I do expect it at a service area. There can’t possibly be planning issues putting up a mast.

Adrian Turton (@BroTurton) reportedI’ve had my mob number for over 13 years. @bt_uk confirmed with bills, PAC code. Yet when I tried to port it to @tescomobile, they repeatedly claimed my number was “inactive,” ignored my accessibility needs, and refused to escalate my complaint despite me asking multiple times.

Clare Roddison (@CRoddison) reported@tescomobile if you need a reliable network and have any vulnerable relatives and need to be available I urge you not to use this provider #telcomsombudsman

Colette Houlihan (@Colly_wobbles) reported@GitGrumpygit @tescomobile Thank you. I am nearly 70 and a PAYG customer. Am/was with Tesco for 20 years! Can you recommend another provider that won't steal my credit? I'm in Cambridgeshire and the cover is good.
