    @tescomobile Less impressed with phone call though, whose opening gambit was "this doesn't exist anymore", and implied the online support people don't always get things right. They then made a big deal out of having to check eligibility for each number on my account.

    @tescomobile Hi , spent over 40 mins going through the order process,, not happy,, each time I get to the pay page., doesn’t work,: then I need to start again,, then it says the username I’ve picked is not available.. god help me

    @tescomobile It was guaranteed for Saturday which is a normal working day. Your website clearly wasn’t updated to reflect this. I was advised in store to order online because they didn’t have what I wanted. I’m now risking a phone being delivered to an empty house! Such poor service.

    @tescomobile @SamsungMobile I've got A21s galaxy but over last few weeks its freezing, closing down on its own, only showing notifications hours after they've been put on. Its not even 12 month old yet. What is wrong with it.
