    @tescomobile sorry, i texted swap on my old phone with my current number with the new number serial (new sim) for my new phone but i added the new sim in the new phone with a different number before the the old phone and my actual number lost signal, did i mess up?

    @tescomobile hi there my sisters phone is showing as not registered on network, she's had a new sim turned off and on etc etc what can she do to fix this issue?
