@tescomobile I have been waiting for 2 months for the mast to be fixed in my area and you have done nothing to sort it for 3 months poor show @tescomobile

  • Eden_47445 Eden (@Eden_47445) reported

@Tesco @tescomobile sort your stupid idiotic system out for preordering this new iPhone! Never seen such a cluster ****, GOT ME MOVING OVER TO @VodafoneUK #FUCKTESCO

  • yorkshirehelen1 yorkshirehelen (@yorkshirehelen1) reported

@tescomobile Is there a worse network for UK coverage than yours ? At a festival last week, zero mobile reception. Had to rely on the generosity of EE and Vodafone customers to help me access my tickets. More than disappointing.

  • n_southwood Nicole Southwood (@n_southwood) reported

Trying to contact @tescomobile about pre-Ordering my new phone and I’m so unhappy with the service given. They are telling me false information and have no idea what they are selling. Trying to make me go for a phone that I don’t even want to suit their needs🙃

  • emalouz16 Emma louz (@emalouz16) reported

So no internet access when I try to use my mobile data with @tescomobile but got internet access when I’m connected to my Wi-Fi so has to be a Tesco issue again.

  • McGlynnPaul2 Paul McGlynn (@McGlynnPaul2) reported

@tescomobile disgusted despite turning off all data roaming etc still charged £16 in Turkey never even turned my phone 😠😠😠

  • Nikkita33416798 Nikki taylor (@Nikkita33416798) reported

@tescomobile @ollieking__ I've tried on different browsers and phones and it doesn't work, contacted your chat and they told me to place the order again, so what's the point in pre ordering? What a waste of time.

  • yorkshirehelen1 yorkshirehelen (@yorkshirehelen1) reported

@tescomobile You have conned me into staying another year, assuring me your coverage was 2nd to none. This whole summer Tescomobile has been a nightmare. Appalling reception in Devon, I of Wight, not to mention Finchley. Yet friends with EE and Vodafone had no such problems.

  • mikesinfield Mike Sinfield™ (@mikesinfield) reported

@tescomobile How long is my network going to be out for? Can't make or receive calls and texts and use data

  • JayGran45091653 Jay (@JayGran45091653) reported from Pilton, England

@tescomobile I’ve had a new sim too.. I think it’s purely down to the network being far weaker than EE which I’m used to with 5G pretty much every where.. tesco /02 down to 3G 🤬 my colleagues and friends on tesco02 have said the same.
