    Remarkably, @tescomobile have also found a brilliant loophole in contract law where they decided my response to my complaint of not being able to open an account was to, without asking if I wanted to (I don't), tell me I'd been signed to a plan. After yesterday I rather specifically never wanted to complete my order, but the idea of two parties coming to a meeting of the minds is apparently optional for Tesco Mobile.

    @AlexGodofsky @tescomobile It was genuinely quite insulting for them to be so resistant to taking my money, and then taking it only once I decided I didn't want their service.

    @tescomobile I have been trying to arrange for a new iphone 17 to be exchanged using your customer services in South Africa. The service is absolutely terrible. I’ve been cut off twice by them just because my questions have gone off script. Please can somebody contact me asap

    @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. You’ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.
