Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

Mike Fitzgerald (@fitzy020658) reported@tescomobile Let me assure you that any new contract for a Virgin package is now on the O2 network. I have a 02 SIM card in my phone, I have just signed up for 18 month bundle with Virgin and been sent the SIM card by them.

Ross (@Rossva1189) reported@StompWompin @tescomobile good grief thats awful; sorry to hear it. @tescomobile should by default apply - let's say a 100% cap by default. So if your monthly is £20, it'll be auto-capped at £40, for example. You're usually pretty ethical Tesco, so how about this?
