    @tescomobile I'm in Austria and since yesterday I haven't been able to make calls to either UK or Austrian numbers. Customer care didnt know why. My contract includes Home from Home. Please help! Working with kids on ski slopes, I need calls!!

    @tescomobile @domjoly @TrussellTrust Yeied going 4 days and counting in the CF38 2QA area. O2 mast down, and Tesco mobile users have no network. The latest news it will not be operated until next Wednesday as they can't get access from the land owner. Disgusting customer service. 😡 6 days without network.

    @tescomobile Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working. To fix the mast, we need to get into the site. We’re talking to the landlord and will enter as soon as we can. In the meantime, you might have some trouble with your calls, text & data. We’ll update you by Wed 22nd February 2023.😡

    @tescomobile So Tesco Mobile. Your service has been down in the CF38 2QA area since last Thursday. No updates and O2 has said it may be back by Weds 25th. Disgusting outcome. Your naff Indian call centre has been useless, and what are we the ones without WiFi calling going to do?

    Thanks @tescomobile @tesco I have wasted hours of my time changing my phone number on multiple platforms because you failed to provide me with a PAC code for over a month. Pure incompetence, and lack of customer care

    @tescomobile my nephew is having serious issues with his phone connection for over 7 months now. He's getting no where with customer services. They keep ending the call when he asks to speak to a manager regarding this. Is this the way you treat all customers??
