    @tescomobile For years we had all our phones with Tesco. In the last month I haven't been able to make phone calls or use Internet. Rang 10 times, and their customer service is awful, they don't know what to do👎. 3 came to the rescue this month. 👍

    @tescomobile @WhichUK Just left Tesco Mobile yesterday, awful service. Phone mast being worked on since 18th April, what takes that long? Told on the 27 May it was now finished, yet still have problems. Told I would be compensated once finished, now told I've been using the service, so no comp'....

    @tescomobile day 6 of no data now because you haven't ported my new number correctly. Absolutely no help given on live chat or DM. When I was told it would be fixed nothing changed. Might as well cancel!

    @tescomobile @WhichUK @O2 This one location happens to be where I live so I think this is a big enough challenge as it is! To top off the crap signal my data hardly ever works as well. I want a reimbursement otherwise I'm going to cancel my direct debit until this is sorted as the service is inadequate!

    @tescomobile (Apologies for not getting back to you sooner.) I haven't talked to customer care in the meantime, no. The contact gap is just a combination of me giving a decent amount of time for whatever the previous customer service person did to work, and me being busy. (1/2)

    @tescomobile discussed in your service ordered 2 sim only deals paid £14 upfront on the 11th of April called up on the 13th of April to cancel as u don’t do Wi-Fi calling was told the refund would go back into my account after 2 weeks but nothing !!!
