    @tescomobile who haven’t solved the issue. I have now been without an actual number unable to call or text anyone for 3 whole weeks as you have now cut off my number! What are you going to do about this? I have gone through your complaints system and had no response (part 2)

    @tescomobile I'VE HAD ENOUGH! We've waited almost 3 weeks for our numbers to be ported over. Your customer service is atrocious. I'm contacting the ombudsman... We want compensated for the loss of earnings and time spent on this.

    Hi Clair @clairefweir , I tried my best to resolve the service issue with @tescomobile cs, but every time I contact I have been given 24 hours to resolve the issue. Now I have 5x24 hrs promises, and I am out of service. Do you know how I can fix this? I need OTP for everything.

    @tescomobile erm can you advise? I’ve not been able to receive calls on my phone for several weeks, though I can make them. Today I called my voicemail and it’s telling me that “as a new customer” I have to set my voicemail pin - I’ve been using you for years!

    @tescomobile I can just check the status of the problem there.Can you confirm if the problem is not fixed for such a long time and was reported by me over and over again is that breach of contract from tesco side as im really fed up and would like to end my contract earlier without extra fees
