@BigTallTweets1 @tescomobile I just think they are all taking advantage Mark it’s doing my head in! The service charge on my flat was being increased by £90 a month! I went through the accounts and they were incorrect and I got it reduced by £30 but it’s still crazy xx

Apparently it is OK that @tescomobile keeps customers without service since January & into March then fob them off with a standard mass text response. Still collecting payments too. No compensation from a company which predicts profits of 2.5 billion this year. #VeryLittleHelp

@tescomobile can you tell me why a phone is £249.99 online in black or white but in store its £289.99? No online exclusive. Terrible attitude from staff in store when you question this, to be abruptly told "Go buy it online then" This was Brighouse store today.

@O2 @tescomobile I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had worse internet connectivity than this. Painfully slow, currently sitting in BT126 I’m outside in a car. Surprised if this tweet sends.

@tescomobile outgoing calls not working. Started yesterday. Partner's phone, also Tesco, working. Need to call surgery. Will borrow but two consecutive days is most unusual.
