    @tescomobile I can’t get through to speak to someone to speak about my phone contract. My contract ended last month and I’m still being charged for my phone. Could I please speak to customer service since I can’t get through on the phone

    @Uitlander @tescomobile having same issues and have being trying to email the support team for some weeks and literally they didn’t even meet up to my request till i saw the good recommendations about @Piratesppy on Twitter and I give it a Trial in less than an hour my account was restored peacefully.

    @tescomobile i normally pay around the 20th, because thats then i get UC, ill try calling in the morning and explaining properly and the fact iove been with you for more than 5 years and this is one of the very few times iive had problems. your website your responsibility

    @tescomobile i have voicemail but calling 905 just gets an engaged tone. Please help, its bad enough having no signal where we live and being tied to this contract...(the main reason i have so many voicemails in the first place.)

    The helpful people at @tescomobile have directed me to multiple online chat services to try and replace my SIM. The bad news is that none of these diferrent pages has a functioning chat service. So I am still going round in circles in between work meetings to sort this out

    Hey @tescomobile why am I paying £10.50 a month for zero service (in or out), your website won't send me a code to confirm who I am & there's no chat facility on the site? This has been going on for a few days now - what's going on?

    @tescomobile Such a pity your company thinks a customer service email address is unecessary and bouncing people around various social media platforms is the answer instead. Time to move phone providers I think.
