Trying to call @tescomobile to sort my account and report system fault. Spent a long time listening to recorded message telling me to use online system instead. I generally have a lot of respect for Tesco cust service, but this is truly awful. Someone call me.

@tescomobile never ever use Tesco mobile, I have had a I phone 11 for 3 months, it’s completely dead, I explained that I have a serious illness and must have a phone. They were rude and unhelpful, Shirisha who called manager who was worse. Keep clear of awful shop

@tescomobile Never been able to afford an iPhone before so this would be a dream prize! Would love to FaceTime my grandparents who haven’t been able to see anyone because of the Pandemic & I miss them dearly sadly they don’t have Twitter to tag though! It would also love be great to keep in
