    @Natsshaw @Tesco @tescomobile According to the customer service team, they didn't take ID at the time of purchase! So awful!

    @tescomobile I’m not in often enough to know - but Hywel who runs the Creperie stall just off the High St, was also finding O2 was a problem with his mobile card payment device, which was then requiring people to have cash. And that sounded like it had been a while and was getting worse.

    Why is @Tescomobile mobile data (provided by @O2) so terrible in Exeter? Forget 4G, forget even 3G. It was even failing to get EDGE/GPRS.

    @tescomobile It worked when in Italy 4 weeks ago so again confused as to why you say it is a hardware issue?

    @tescomobile - almost every other day at the moment, I have full signal with 4G, but my WhatsApp doesn't work, Instagram doesn't work, I can't load anything at all on Google or safari and anything I need to load, like banking ect, won't load!

    @tescomobile Thanks I have already registered. It’s been a couple of days so was hoping for a general indication of when service being restored - hopefully it’s soon.

    Absolutely disgusted by the way I've been treated. My identity has been stolen to take out an almost £1000 contract over a MONTH ago. Every time I call #Tesco Customer Services I'm passed from person to person, no calls from the fraud squad, no help, nothing. @Tesco @tescomobile

    @Gordon45908442 @tescomobile Every time I manage to get in touch I'm told the issue is being escalated and investigated. Now the Customer Care number is not working

    @tescomobile Crazily your coverage tracker says there is good 3g and 4g coverage. But even normal phone calls don't work. This has been going on for a couple of years. I really feel stupid we haven't switched providers and stuck with Tesco mobile.
