  • StarWalf Maude (Un-Animated event) (@StarWalf) reported

@tescomobile You guys agreed to sell me a phone took the money, made us wait two hours one day, two the next then told us you didn't have it on the truck, cancelled my order and told us to move from the seats as customers were waiting. This was a year ago and it was garbage.

  • YoungOndre Ondre Young 💙 🇪🇺 (@YoungOndre) reported from Sandiacre, England

@CaseyStu @OpalM00nstone @tescomobile Been with Tesco for years, and both my teenagers are with them. Never had any problems at all.

  • Neopolitan183 Louise Barker (@Neopolitan183) reported

@tescomobile Vodafone. Got me a two year contract with a "top of the range tablet" for 10/month then two months later wonder why I'm not happy with it being raised to 20. "That deal has never existed"...It did when your rep offered me it on a recorded call!!!

  • ScottARobb Scott Robb (@ScottARobb) reported

@tescomobile All the same. @EE don’t recognise loyalty and are happy to charge over the odds for mediocre service. @ThreeUK are already increasing my contract price after switching to them after 3 months. Can’t win.

  • Peachyfruitcake Peach (@Peachyfruitcake) reported

@tescomobile Three! I spent a nightmare year marking the days off to contract end - signal.was appalling & could never get on the internet! Didn't go back to Tesco though as Sky gave me a better deal & zero issues!

  • imorgan123 ian morgan (@imorgan123) reported

@CraftyGirl72 @tescomobile @Craftygirl72 That would be your fault for not checking if the network covered your area before entering a contract

  • JamesBrannagan9 James Brannagan (@JamesBrannagan9) reported

@tescomobile Hey @tescomobile I have been with you since I had a phone and when I go with the cheapest plan because I’m having financial problems you have to make my service and data plan bad your website said that I could get 30GB of data 5000 texts 5000 calls and you did the bait and switch

  • CraftyGirl72 CraftyGirl72 (@CraftyGirl72) reported

@tescomobile Only nightmare network I've needed a sorry from is yours! Friend would phone my landline and tell me to answer my mobile/texts... had to go out in to street to get anything! Total joke and was trapped by your contract! Never again...

  • CaseyStu Stu Casey (@CaseyStu) reported

@OpalM00nstone @tescomobile Can I ask why as I was looking into trying them I thought they had same network as 02

  • Lloyd13682635 Lloyd (@Lloyd13682635) reported

@tescomobile I've never understood how ofcom have allowed this to be legal
