@PaulAnnett @O2 @tescomobile Oh coverage should be the same. But coverage is just where the signal is, not how good it is. You then have to think about congestion, bandwidth, bandwidth allocation, etc.

@tescomobile I've written to the CEO now. I cannot believe that I have to leave my elderly parents without a way of contacting me due to the inept #tescomobile service. In this day and age...a SIM that has not yet even been despatched cannot have the order cancelled! #customerexperience

@tescomobile I never ended that chat, it was 7pm like a shift had ended. Talking to another agent now and it seems 5g in my area is rubbish and being worked on so my phone's going to keep being useless. Great!

@jcstaff_ @tescomobile Try asking for a supervisor they put you on hold then come back and say supervisor is saying same thing if you try to complain it goes nowhere Tesco have the technology and power but unfortunately the staff are the problem.
