Phone from @tescomobile unusable for 3rd time in 4 months (2nd in 2 weeks) and has to be sent back yet again. Scheduled callback missed, complaints escalated instore but still no contact. COVID is no excuse for poor process or service.

@tescomobile I had 3 chats within 6 days with Tesco Mobile staff but there was always assurance about activation of this SIM. I understand that nothing may be perfect but is this necessary to tell people it's OK when actually it doesn't work? I didn't know what disconnection means until now.

@tescomobile Hi Maria, I spoke to Customer support and they told me there were intermittent problems just 5 mins away from where I am so I guess that might be something to do with it.

@tescomobile I wouldn't complain here, but the Tesco Mobile website doesn't provide any chance to put a complaint. Clicked in the complaint section it will be redirected in a circle until the poor one will give up any effort to put a complaint. It's clever by Tesco Mobile and it's working.
