@tescomobile I my complaint with Tesco's is that when I took out my first contract, it was not made clear to me by Tesco's or Asurion that a replacement phone could be a second hand phone for which I had to pay the excess as well. I would rather of had my phone repaired.

@tescomobile I've been a customer since 2014!! Doesn't any communication work between colleagues? Simple enough to see the dd is set up for one mobile and no requests to cease the number remaining. It takes 2 hours to get anywhere I'm in need of you to take the dd . Not pester son for money.

@tescomobile I applied for a card weeks ago as each time I’ve tried on line, your system says I have one and need to enter random digits from my current card? I don’t and to my knowledge have never had a Tesco card? Someone was meant to get back to me and I’ve heard nothing....

@tescomobile Been a customer for 5+ years, your coverage needs to improve. I know you use o2's network but I'm close to paying up contract and moving.
