@tescomobile well done your salesman at East Didsbury Tesco who sold my 86 year old Mum a phone, didn't put the sim in for her or set it up, when she asked said he "couldn't give her lessons on how to use a phone" hope you're proud of your service

  • DigitalSpirit1 ● Susan Forgie 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@DigitalSpirit1) reported from Haddington, Scotland

Is anyone else in #EastLothian having trouble with their @tescomobile service? I've not had a network service since last night.

  • SWstudent78 mel (@SWstudent78) reported

@tescomobile Complaining won't make the mast get fixed any quicker so won't be complaining. I tweeted for an update that's all as my update texts are not updates. Tesco are good so am sure they will compensate for the lack of service once it's sorted 👍

@tescomobile I have now been lied to twice by your operators, and for the 4th day in a row you’ve been unable to take my old mobile number over, and no-one seems to be able to tell me why this is. Is this your standard customer service?

  • Redkitetravell1 Redkite_Traveller - sugar is caning the UK 325.13 (@Redkitetravell1) reported

@tescomobile I get VERY patchy mobile data that lasts a minute or two at best it seems. I dont have landline. If the network is at capacity but folk are not getting decent data then maybe you need more capacity? Or fewer customers?
