@O2 and @tescomobile What is happening with the phone signal in Cheshire??? It's dropping out all the time!! It's ridiculous!!

  • DamianONeill15 Damian O'Neill (@DamianONeill15) reported

They simply don’t care and have gone out of their way to make the process as convoluted as possible. So frustrating for my poor mum. Shame on @tescomobile 👎🏼

  • benj0nes1 Ben Jones (@benj0nes1) reported

@tescomobile wondering if you can help Im in Kos, Greece and my phone says welcome to Turkey and has charged me £4.02 for being there on roaming charges wonder if there’s anything you can do

  • JonnyBWoode JonnyBWoode (@JonnyBWoode) reported

@tescomobile No, it just comes up as "verifying number" but never does. I don't have any other android phone to try it on

  • oliwhiteguy Oli (@oliwhiteguy) reported

2 weeks into my @tescomobile contract and I have to be honest it’s pretty poor. My phone says I have a strong 4G connection even 5G but everything that uses internet takes a very long time to load and quite often doesn’t. I pay for unlimited data but it feels pretty limited to me

  • Ripio8 Ripio (@Ripio8) reported

@tescomobile It's been like this for several months now, so I doubt if it's anything that is being worked on. It seems more likely that it is network congestion or speed throttling which is disappointing. And it's definitely not my phone as I get fast speeds when in other part of the country

  • douglas_low Dougie Low (@douglas_low) reported

@tescomobile Really disappointed with lack of customer service. My sim stopped working while abroad and I requested an unblocking code to get another sim. Was told up to 7 days and that code would be sent by text. Told not possible to get via email straight away /1

@tescomobile if you are a PAYG customer Tesco treat you second class, you are only relevant to them if you have a contact 😡

  • michaellauder2 michael lauder (@michaellauder2) reported

@tescomobile ur coverage map says u have good coverage in Whickham Gateshead, up to 4g. I'm up there regularly and struggle. Tonight I couldn't even stream at 360p resolution.

  • griffsr Scott GriffithsClare (@griffsr) reported

@tescomobile very disappointed that had no signal or data at Fairford for the last week. I was told that O2 refused to put extra support in the area due to the air tattoo which is what normally happens. EE provided this for their customers so not sure why were we left our?
