    @tescomobile Trouble shooting is of no help. I find it disappointing that you actively sell something on a 3year device contract which then only has 24mth warranty. I’ll see if I can get any help from Apple direct.

    @tescomobile Hi yes, it's selected and should in theory be able to connect to 5g. I don't really know what the issue is.

    @tescomobile I’ve been having issues with my signal for a week. Shoeing no signal at all or showing signal but texts and calls are either not going through or getting cut off mid call.

    @tescomobile But not an Samsung A51. Doesn't make calls well, data connection awful, decent camera though.

    Hi @tescomobile my SIM card is broken/damaged have tried all the obvious fixes. How can i order a new one with my current number retained? I can't call any of the Tesco numbers as I have no service, coming up as no network detected thanks

    @tescomobile Hi guys im on sim only PAYG, i bought a 2gb bundle to do me to end of this month, then upgraded to new contract, didnt realise the new contract data goes on immediately- can i cancel the extra bundle (£5) Andy
