@tescomobile Really dissatisfied with your customer service when I've phoned several times over the past few days. Need to return a phone that isn't working but is still within its 12month warranty, and your advisers are being unhelpful and rude. Will visit my local shop instead.

@tescomobile i got a text contract ended,called 20 mins later hang up so went to the shop one guy there i waited 10 mins no response for the guy playing with a phone,i said i will come back when its less busy(nobody there) his response was ha ha im looking for a new provider now

@tescomobile Very poor customer service today after 3 identical faults with the same handset that is meant to be fixed & your website has technical problems when trying to view bills and manage the account. How quickly can I get 3 pac codes to move to another provider?

@tescomobile Hello, we was supposed to have our new mobiles delivered today, but I have called DPD and they say no house number was put on our parcel so it is being returned to sender?! Please help, we need these asap.

@tescomobile Thanks Laura. I since found the network checker and it appears fine. The issue was that I upgraded to Android 11 last night and it knocked out the data settings. Thanks

@tescomobile I changed my sim over yesterday but I can’t login to account yet as it says my number still isn’t Tesco number and I can’t receive calls yet 07583694291
