@tescomobile I have received some of the worst customer service since switching to Tesco in Nov. Been cut off numerous times when calling customer services. And I still waiting for a refund of £400 that I was told would be 3-5 days and I am still waiting. Please help

The most appalling customer service from @tescomobile Without phone service for 3 months. Literally hours of time spent on their chat, phone, complaint form and in store. Requested several times escalation to a manager but never a call back.

@tescomobile Hi Natasha. At the moment I’m getting nowhere in getting an answer as to why I was charged for 2 new contracts that were never started and received and early termination fee for an old contract.
