    @tescomobile I can't make any outgoing calls, nor receive incoming. Supposedly no issues. I've tried turning my phone on and off - are there issues?

    @tescomobile My wife has been in contact with your customer services a number of times but the problem has not been resolved since January. She has had a letter with 4 options which none of them resolve the problem. She wants to keep her number she has had for nearly 20 years.

    The new @tescomobile ad is pretty odd. Basically saying you won't get a signal if you fall down a well so you'll need to rely on a shopping trolley possessed by the spirit of Lassie instead.

    @tescomobile Please do enlighten me why I should pay any thing for a contract cancelled within the 14 day time frame because the network didn’t work at all for the duration I had it and this was a specific question I asked when buying it. I’ll ring customer services today to sort it out
