    @tescomobile absolutely rubbish customer care got phone 3 weeks go won't charge and the customer service guy was useless and was mumbling to some one else while I was on the phone said they call me in an hour now they are closed .sort this

    @tescomobile The engineers are aware of it weeks ago! Still no WiFi signal, or text/calls for over 2 months! Taken it to the @financialombuds now!! #unacceptable

    @CarlMalkin6 @tescomobile I think we all should give up on Tesco Mobile and move to a much more reliable company !!+ I'm fed up with them and the issues I've had are causing my blood pressure to rise and doesn't help my anxiety levels!!+ whose willing to go elsewhere?!!+ IT IS BEYOND A JOKE !! 🤨🤔🙄😠😡

    @tescomobile can you explain what went wrong my with my order especially after approving the contract and sending a mail stating estimated date of delivery only to refund me. This is heart wrecking and I deserve an immediate explanation. #customerservice #customer

    @tescomobile @O2 your general network coverage is terrible. Moved from Vodafone 2 months ago due to reviews about your coverage, but it’s worse than Vodafone’s.

    @tescomobile Hi, i seem to have an increasing number of people telling me they ring me and although they say my phone seems to be ringing i often get no ringing at my end, wife has same issue BL8 area

    @TescoMobile I received 3 separate contract emails today for Google Pixel 10 Pro XL phones I never ordered, addressed to 2 different people (John Rymer & John Wilson) but sent to MY email address! Each email contains contract documents-I've Never been a Tesco Mobile customer!
