    Terrible service from @tescomobile since switching. Spoken to webchat 3 times, been into store twice, and nobody can explain why my old no hasn’t been transferred properly. Can’t ring to complain as I can’t use my phones to make calls as the transfer hasn’t happened properly…

    @PhysicsAndy @Plusnet @tescomobile Tesco contract SIMs don’t yet have full contract SIM access to the O2 network, so only have PAYG access to O2. I’m guessing it’s probably the same issue, too.

    @tescomobile not very happy at the moment ever since upgrading to a new phone I seem to having data issues, when I never had then before with my older phone. Any idea what the reason could be?

    @tescomobile just renewed contract with new iPhone & texted transfer existing no: to new nano SIM.... how does transfer work? If I can put money into daughters account across two diff banks in less than 5 minutes, why 24 hours to swap number on same network? #inlimbo

    @tescomobile what’s going on with the internet connection keep having to change between 3G and 4G every 5 minutes it’s ridiculous never had a problem before I renewed my contract

    @tescomobile As a pensioner I have a Tesco mobile PAYG just for use in an emergency. In such a situation yesterday I discovered that it had zero credit, previously it must have been close to £10. I presume that Tesco had pocketed the balance.

    @tescomobile @WhichUK Maybe you should goto highwoods colchester because your connection sucks and your crap 3rd party customer service is pathetic. I am taking all my contacts and leaving Tesco. Your complaints procedure is crap also. Ofcom will be informed.
