@tescomobile Been waiting days some people months to get our local O2 mast repaired. The mast is situated on the Anglian Water water tower Bixley Drive Rushmere St Andrew Ipswich. We have contacted representatives to sort this problem out but to no avail.

@tescomobile waiting in Beckton Gallions reach store to be served. Current waiting time 40 minutes. Please get some other staff. Wasting my lunch break and just about to take my service elsewhere

@tescomobile phone sent in 2 weeks ago for repair and chased 3 times. Only today find tesco mistake will cost another 2 weeks without phone, after paying for call to you for 40 minutes (so far), and tesco will do nothing?? Really bad service.

@tescomobile You didn’t answer my question. There’s fault free and totally unable to send a text or make a call. I’m paying for something I’m not getting. Currently sick and was unable to call the doctor. Will I be compensated for being unable to use my phone? I’m getting no service at all

I have been told over and over that someone will call me from your fraud team in the next 5 days but no one ever does. Today I went in store - they couldn’t help but confirmed @tescomobile hasn’t even suspended accounts. They are still running freely.

@tescomobile I've tried that too its just not happening and I've really tried..so looks like it is back to the store(again)..never had this problem with tesco I'm a customer too but this is getting silly now..

@tescomobile Situation resolved, @tescomobile Management canned to explain and apologise for the mistakes. A simple procedural mistake then compounded by further errors then topped of with ignorance. Vouchers and credits are winging their way to us as I type. #finallysatisfied #mobilephone

Hey @tescomobile, your mobile internet is up and down like a yo-yo overnight these past few days in the Cambridge area. What's up with that? I wouldn't have noticed if I wasn't relying on you for my internet coverage following a move, but this is kind of ridiculous!
