    And yet again @tescomobile stiffs me. Offer a bundle you can’t use or renew to and all they can say is ‘we will work on the issue’ but sorry not sorry you can’t use this offer Surely this is false advertising and borderline scamming customers

    Absolutely dire customer service from @tescomobile. Service was down for 6 days. Claimed compensation for the outage. Got an AI reply same day auto closing the case. Filled in their silly form from the next reply. Reply came back wanting more information!

    @tescomobile The engineers are aware of it weeks ago! Still no WiFi signal, or text/calls for over 2 months! Taken it to the @financialombuds now!! #unacceptable
