    @tescomobile since receiving my new sim card I can't access data. I have rang your customer service well over 10 times and no one knows what they are doing. Just the worst experience I've had. Please stay away from tesco mobile!!

    @tescomobile I'm having an issue with my network. Can't text/call, use data, etc... when I try it says 'not registered on network'

    @tescomobile No they have not shocking service. I will not recommend Tesco to anyone and am contemplating a return to o2 even though they are more

    @tescomobile So I can basically never upgrade my contract because if I do I lose the ability to use my data in Europe for free basically Great customer service and brilliant way to make me want to stay with your network if I want to upgrade

    @tescomobile @WhichUK Not for me, had 20 years no problems with o2, been with Tesco Mob since Fri, no data connection since then. Apparently it’s a known issue since May, nobody told me this when i signed for 2 contacts. Calls to the helpline are useless, they have no idea if or when it will be fixed
