    @tescomobile - Is there a reduction in service to the general East Kent area please? Increasingly, I find zero reception in locations where I used to have strong 5G performance. My phone is up to date and has been re-started.

    @EE have used EE mobile for years and latest renewal offers are terrible. I donโ€™t even want the latest #iphone but still looking at about ยฃ10 a month extra. Looking at @tescomobile now.

    @tescomobile tried to help a family friend who's in their 70s top up today, was told card payment wasnt working so brought the voucher. Your service kept directing us to download an app. He doesn't have a smart phone, so tell me how are OAPS meant to top up?
