@tescomobile Hi, how long does a temporary number last until I will have my old number transferred to my SIM? I was told today to put the new SIM into my phone once my old SIM said ‘no service’ so that’s what I did, but my temporary number is still on this SIM?

@tescomobile I have not been able to make or receive any calls when at home for about 10 days which is apparently due to a mast being down. No update since Monday. This is causing significant problems.

@tescomobile it has been around 1 year now since well known signal issues have effected my mobile😔 I really want to keep my contract with Tesco, but having no service all this time is just bad. Paying money each month for a service I cannot use...

@tescomobile No signal since Monday, given lies that it's antennas, server changes, when one of you call centre people knackered it whilst I was on the phone to them, but no one wants to admit it, so am just fobbed off.

@clairefweir @tescomobile Hi Claire. I'm a Tesco mobile customer with two numbers one being a business number. So far since Feb 13th I have been unable to make calls, send tex and use data on both line. I would like you to contact me asap #tescomobile #badcustomerservice
