    @tescomobile Are you kidding, Iโ€™m paying for a phone I never ever received and you confirm DPD returned it to you. Phone ordered 04/01/2026. Iโ€™ve done 12 messages/emails/calls and an in store visit. Each time being told it will be sorted out. Still have n my account. Pathetic service.

    @tescomobile Just went Apple Store today and picked up a new IPhone 17 pro max, no fuss, no issues, straight forward. Non in stock at Tescoโ€™s in multiple postcodes checked online lol.

    @picklemonsterG @tescomobile Worst customer service Iโ€™ve ever received, I was due a call back after 24hrs, then 48hours, then within 3 days, then 5 days, then within 10 days.. still nothing. Excuse after excuse.. sky mobile much cheaper

    Iโ€™ve had my mob number for over 13 years. @bt_uk confirmed with bills, PAC code. Yet when I tried to port it to @tescomobile, they repeatedly claimed my number was โ€œinactive,โ€ ignored my accessibility needs, and refused to escalate my complaint despite me asking multiple times.
