    @JennieM37925513 @tescomobile Make sure you have the phone switched on and it’s not in flight mode before trying to make any calls. Most of the time this things are down to user error.

    @tescomobile please can u help. I have pancreatic failure and now need a device that is compatible with Dexcom 6, my contracted device is not. I'd like to return my device and take a new contract with a comparable device rather than paying for a second one. Can y u help?

    Absolutely appalled at the service my daughter has received from @tescomobile trying to take out a phone contract… 5 people all saying different things and still no phone contract after 4 days of trying.. so much for the recommendation I was going to transfer too.. not now! 😡

    @tescomobile no incoming calls no out going calls. Hardly any signal anywhere. Not had 4g since storm etna, and YES I’ve turned my phone on and off again. Emailed called and been in store no help. SORT IT

    Worst customer service in the world? Definitely @tescomobile who don’t care that they’ve given out 3 contracts fraudulently in my name, which will affect my ability to get a mortgage. Why does it take 30 days to “investigate”. Just been put on hold AGAIN.
