@tescomobile @TrussellTrust Will never recommend Tesco Mobile. Persuaded husband to leave O2 after years. Got contract and PAC code from O2 to switch number. Used new Tesco phone with old number for a couple of days but had issue with device. Now Tesco unable to put old number on new device. 1/

@tescomobile Spoke to customer service about returning faulty device and must have said to call handler over ten times 'but before you do this can you guarantee we'll be able to put sim with old no in another device. Answered yes on every occasion. Now business number inaccessible.

@tescomobile we recently switched our daughters phone over and sent off a PAC code to yourselves for her to keep her number she had a text saying there’s a problem with the request what do we do now?

@tescomobile it’s been nearly 2 weeks, now where I,be not been able to use my child’s phone, the text service is useless and all I,m being told is I’ve been given 1 mth line rental, I wish I stuck to the pay as you go he had.poor service

@tescomobile I asked for the pay as you go number to transfer to the contract one I brought him a Xmas, text service said it was done, but couldn’t make calls, the operator said it had been done so would do it now and still can’t make calls, now passed it on to another department who said

@KrispymooScott @tescomobile You still don’t get response even after I emailed CEO! Best way is to go through ofcom as your paying for a service that’s not providing! @Ofcom only way I ever got response to my 7 complaints! Even tho was still poor response

@tescomobile @TrussellTrust Except if you tell them it's vital you keep your existing number. Then they just sign you up and take your money knowing full well they can't deliver.....and cost you vital contact with customers and loss of income in the process, but don't give a damn.
