    @tescomobile It checks internet speed !!! Clearly haven't a clue. Your internet speed for any devices connected to Tesco Mobile Network (which is 02), is woeful !

    @MartinSLewis @MartinSLewis @tescomobile Requested SAR over 31 days ago and been ignored - have tried to raise a complaint over 6 times and have had no acknowledgment. Tesco are not logging or adhering to ICO - please help

    Emailed Tesco Mobile CEO Jonathan Taylor. 1 month now trying to resolve "can't verify my details" with no resolution.Upgraded 1 line fine in Feb, but wife's free out-of-contract line hit with "unable to verify details". Already in useless DMs. @TescoMobile @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman

    And yet again @tescomobile stiffs me. Offer a bundle you can’t use or renew to and all they can say is ‘we will work on the issue’ but sorry not sorry you can’t use this offer Surely this is false advertising and borderline scamming customers

    @tescomobile we were told a few weeks ago that a mast was down in our area affecting signal. Please can you check if I provide a postcode? We rely on your network for both phones and our internet and they’re both performing very poorly recently.
