@tescomobile 13 phone calls, 8 emails to customer care, 5 to concerns management team still no nearer sorting THERE ERROR no response to emails no promised call backs and they refuse answer Twitter be warned!!

@tescomobile As you can see, there is no issue with my credit file, I checked Equifax via ClearScore too. There are no issues. So 31.99x 36. £1151 loss because you can’t be bothered to check if there is an issue. No probs.
