    @tescomobile 2 weeks now and still Not ported over! If anyone thinking of moving to Tescomobile and uses online banking, Authenticator apps for work study etc. then please donโ€™t use Tesco. Awful service and so inconvenient!

    @tescomobile Are you kidding, Iโ€™m paying for a phone I never ever received and you confirm DPD returned it to you. Phone ordered 04/01/2026. Iโ€™ve done 12 messages/emails/calls and an in store visit. Each time being told it will be sorted out. Still have n my account. Pathetic service.

    @bt_uk I have talked to your team, everything is good from your side, so thank you for reaching out. The problem is that of @tescomobile has my number, but put it as Pay as you Go.

    @tescomobile I have a Samsung S20 and would like WiFi calling activated as I have no phone signal at home. The activation option does not exist on my phone. I believe Tesco have to activate it. Can someone get back to me. Thanks.
