    @MrChrisAdley @tescomobile After several phone calls and not a helpful chat box we still got nowhere, a lot of hassle to get in to a network with a new phone so we cancelled sent the phone back and went with EE

    @tescomobile I have done it a few times before. Got no help. Wanted me to fill in some forms. Same idiotic response with cust svs on phone.. No help at all. My credit is evaporating with no explanation. Looking for another provider now.

    @fgrscomhub @tescomobile @wlhowarth If you’re considering Tesco Mobile… think twice. I’ve had no network on my pay-monthly phone for 4 weeks with zero resolution. Support’s been frustrating and I’m still no further forward. 😤

    @tescomobile Internet signal been awful for 36 hrs in the sheffield s5 area pls sort it pls. Paying money for a service that you are not providing.

    @tescomobile fix your billing page. the defer payment link DOES NOT WORK. This is basic functionality. sort it out or I will stop doing business with you.
