@tescomobile Day 20, number still not migrated. I’ve been waiting for 72 hours for a manager to call me back, always too busy when I call 🙄 Going round in circles. Unless it’s an easy fix your staff just pass the buck. Been on the phone for 1hr & they will ESCALATE the problem,

Doesn't take a genius to work out the main account holder is priority surely, my advice insist on speaking to manager, don't even try help on here

@tescomobile I’ve been waiting for a callback about a new contract since 25th October - called CS 7 times and escalated issue 3 - is no one calling back customers anymore. If you don’t want to call customers back fine but can you provide a deadlock letter so I can go to Ofcom
