Nobody have a clue why my mobile number is still not active. Today I found out, all Tesco mobile customer service offices are in South Africa! We pay UK prices and all customer care services are moved to South Africa!!! Why British offices are not operating? Paying UK prices and getting services from Africa… That’s absolute madness!

I've mentioned it before, others have mentioned it before but you don't invest in it or improve it. Coverage is awful but many other networks in UK also poor. Just try and make it better. I know you cant personally!

alan lewis wildlife stuff (@LewisStuff) reported@silveryk @tescomobile 100% - total garbage coverage - planning restrictions on mast heights is the main issue - not an issue anywhere else. Better reception across Kenya a few weeks ago than rural Hampshire.
