    @tescomobile Hello Can you contact me please to get a mobile number topped up , I am on the isle of man so cannot call the top up line as no network as on isle of man .

    @tescomobile I do actually have a top up voucher that i purchased from your IOM Store in September but did not put it on the phone as dad did not go away .. However some of the numbers have faded and are unreadable .. Is there any way that £10 top up be used other i am £10 down already .

    @tescomobile It's a bit late for that! I'm not frustrated, I'm furious! And that takes some doing for me ! Train your staff better, or in this case , the poor bugger was on his own with a big queue!

    @tescomobile I spent an hour talking with them. Still no closer to getting a replacement phone. have read the reviews on line and every one has the same problems. Why are tesco involved with them?

    @klambechops @tescomobile I've had issues too. My account looks to have been hacked by somebody else. I now cant access my account. Trying to explain it to Tesco mobile is useless. I want to have another contract. I'm about to change to Virgin. I've had enough.

    @tescomobile I was just on the online chat with one of your representatives and I think I got cut off. I was trying to cancel a contract and I don’t know if he did it or not?

    @tescomobile The Tesco complaint policy didn't say "chase us endlessly until we respond", it just said escalate to @OmbudServices after 8 weeks, which I did. Sadly, they feel I need to chase more, so I have today...
