However some of the numbers have faded and are unreadable .. Is there any way that £10 top up be used other i am £10 down already .

Customer service denying conversation yesterday and said will just have to wait for fraud to phone back. Presumably on number no longer have.

I have signal but NO data. But others on giffgaff and o2 have no issue? Only tesco? (yet also uses the o2 network) I have to keep switch to a 2nd sim/network

Richard (@Richardlewis31) reported@tescomobile your service is absolutely terrible. We have a family bereavement. We have changed my dad’s phone to pay as you go and it’s not working and he need the phone to make all the arrangements. Your call centres are useless!
