@tescomobile I do actually have a top up voucher that i purchased from your IOM Store in September but did not put it on the phone as dad did not go away .. However some of the numbers have faded and are unreadable .. Is there any way that £10 top up be used other i am £10 down already .

@tescomobile @clairefweir the thing is, this shouldn't be all on my time. Some of it yes, that's fair (3days, 5days) all good. But it should be taken seriously and good contact with the customer should happen rather than this ramshackle approach. Being told different things etc.

. @tescomobile @clairefweir also btw, last Wednesday I was told Friday is the end of the investigation and you would call me. Never did, I had to call you. Friday I was told today 3 October was the actual end and you would call me... today... 4 more days.

We have experienced severe service interruptions since May with @tescomobile knowing of these & despite promises still severe service disruptions in the DN14 6PR, 6WB & more it continues.

Hey @tescomobile why are you switching on the voicemail service without the users consent? According to someone on your chat service "there MIGHT have been a problem but it's been fixed ftom now" Really?
