Excuse me in our mid 70s mega careful do not know how to get into the phone... Offered Tesco vouchers (thank you)... Replacing the mobile would be more appropriate..🤔

Since your 3G got turned off my new 4G phone regularly drops the signal and cuts off important calls or blocks text messages.

O2 business was who I was with before, but they sucked for various reasons.
