Placed 3 separate orders for a new mobile from @tescomobile. Each time, my payment failed usng two different cards. Both Nationwide and CapitalOne say it's because Tesco aren't processing transactions in line with industry standards. WTF is going on @tescomobile?

@tescomobile not great can't get cant get your chat to work for more than 2 minutes didn't even use all my data and it's expired happens all the time and the signal doesn't work half the time not a great service

I told her I won't be coming back to get petrol with them anymore, and I have decided to not stay quiet and put it out there just how TESCOs treats its customers. I made a mistake and just needed help to put it right they couldn't be bothered @tescomobile thats the closest

@Crocidolite11 @tescomobile @EE When, I was looking for a new contract I was stressed. I used to be with the big red company. A guy I knew at the time said he uses Sky. I’ve never looked back since. £26 a month and they roll over unused data. I’ve had no issues. 🤙
