@TSB Guys I’m tearing my hair out here. Cut off twice now after an hour holding. Can’t use my card don’t know why. I need somebody to help me here!!!! I just cannot hold for ANOTHER hour. Believe it or not I’ve other things to do. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

Infuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldn’t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesn’t accept deposits.

I moved my account to @TSB precisely for local, easy branch access because my previous bank has two branches in Glasgow which open wacky hours and it was a faff to get in. It should not be this hard to put cash into my own account.

@TSB I've been trying to access my account and money for 3 days. Waiting over an hour on the phone with no answer. If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

@TSB if you have employees working from home, at least make sure their equipment is working. On hold for 1/2hr and then I couldn't even hear the guy, then line dead. #NotGood #RubbishService #MovingToAnotherLenderNow

@TSB I am not sure what is happening to this bank, who is in charge of your teams, which controls or better lack of you have in place but taking money out of a customer account twice by mistake and not rectify immediately is a red flag.

@TSB great customer service. Blocked our credit card from online payments without telling us, for a possible fraud that you were told never happened and here we are 1.5hrs on the line trying to get through to your non-existent call centre staff. Great stuff.
