It is not just a TSB problem 3 of my other banks I have accounts with have the same problems. Maybe Base24 system needs a reboot ;-)

I have contacted you to arrange a payment plan for an unplanned, un arranged overdraft and have been advised I will be paying 66% interest on my monthly payment so ยฃ10 would go to the balance ยฃ20 interest??

If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

We've got a financial guardianship, issued by the Sheriff Court in Glasgow. Peter doesn't have capacity to run his accounts, so we were given the order so we could deal with it. Simon Parry (@sparry951) reported@TSB Just a quick one. My credit card DD is due to go out on 7th May. Usually if you make a payment 4 working days before then it stops or reduces the DD. If I made a payment today would that stop it, bearing in mind Monday is a bank holiday
