@TSB my local branch has closed down and no matter how many time I have attempted to access on line for business banking, it proves impossible. Get so far, then hit a wall. Seriously fed up. What is next step?

@TSB Tried the “customer service” line 3 times today. To be fair, I’ve just noticed a line of text which says “account closed” next to available to spend. This does imply the account is not active but doesn’t explain why you felt the need to send me a statement?????

@TSB Will they be able to help by phone? They said they couldn’t earlier. I’m still unsure if I am expecting something in the post, or at this point not.
