  @santanderuk @TSB Don't switch to Santander!!!! My switch has been 'completed' and I'm left unable to log onto mobile banking to access my money. They say I have to go into a branch to sort it out!! Fuming.

  Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?   @TSB Also, you probably sent me an email, which I could not reply to - how rude,- telling me to an open an account with @TSB because you had just closed my account because it was not being run properly. I am terribly sorry but I could not work for 5 years because I had heart problems
