    All credit to your social team, @TSB. The lousy "chat to us" function and the mortgage customer helpline, not so much. On hold for 6 mins so far (this time).

    @TSB my local branch has closed down and no matter how many time I have attempted to access on line for business banking, it proves impossible. Get so far, then hit a wall. Seriously fed up. What is next step?

    Quarter of an hour on hold now, @TSB Mortgages. You need better customer service / more customer service advisers.

    this in turn will allow @TSB to then provide information to a credit reference agency lowing your credit score which allows you as the customer credit to service a debt you may have at a better rate and being conned in to being locked into a full term with TSB 4/

    @TSB hi, as of last week we can no longer login to our business banking via the app, although none of our details etc have changed…do you have a live chat help feature? I can’t phone as the app is ON my phone, and there are no branches nearby…

    @TSB as a new customer trying to setup my online banking I am appalled by the poor service and lack of care I have received. This has to be the worst service I have received ever, and your Indian based call centres are an absolute joke!

    @TSB ..has caused is awful. Basically been made out 2b some sort of scam artist or fraudster by ur supposed CS team - complete and utter lack of empathy or understanding. This cud of been resolved quickly via several diffrnt routes but instead Ive been left with silence and worry 2/2
