    @TSB my local branch has closed down and no matter how many time I have attempted to access on line for business banking, it proves impossible. Get so far, then hit a wall. Seriously fed up. What is next step?

    All credit to your social team, @TSB. The lousy "chat to us" function and the mortgage customer helpline, not so much. On hold for 6 mins so far (this time).

    Concern by many customers of why @TSB is “out with the begging bowl” asking customers for more money when they are no where near there limits, and they always pay well beyond the minimum payment to pay their cards down. Many are now looking for alternative banking 7/

    @TSB hi, I’m trying to open a new account with you but every time I get to the “summary” page and press “submit”, nothing happens. I’ve tried 4 times on 3 different days now. Can you help?

    @TSB one of the worst banking services received in the UK. The customer advisers cannot be understood their English is dreadful. Indian accents are so strong. I want to speak to a UK based agent instead of being fobbed off. No branches you can speak to anyone now. Terrible.

    @santanderuk @TSB I was approved for a credit card, received the physical card and activation info, but it’s now blocked/declining legitimate transactions with no clear explanation. Please fix this urgently and confirm it won’t affect my credit file. Ref: OLA0107788949
