Unable to log into @TSB online. Waiting for password by text but this isnt coming through. Eventually get timed out, go through the whole process again and same thing happens. Called them up, they just said restart phone, did not fix the issue. Joke of a bank! #TimeToSwitchBank

@FilmPhilDoc @TSB It's a pain. I spent about 15 years with NatWest. They managed to lose piles of cheques deposited with them on two separate occasions. Customer service terrible. A huge monolithic unresponsive slow bank. Have used Starling for business now for years- amazing.

@TSB Unable to login via your app. It says my User ID is incorrect but I use the exact same User ID via my laptop. I receive a code and it still asks me to confirm my identity. Piss take.
