    I'm wondering @TSB how my 'local' bank (about 15 miles away) is meant to answer my call when you don't let it ring more than 5 or 6 times before directing me to your basic telephone service, which can't answer my query?

    @TSB Trying to apply for a credit card, and told I already have an account and to log in to internet banking. I don't know my details, and the only way to get a reminder is to use my account details..which I also don't know

    @TSB Many times already. Letters don't work. I may aswell have burned that 50 GBP. 50 minutes in a queue. There used to be email communication between a manager and customer and a cheaper foreign call. Not any more. There is a one way email with an offer to contact the ombidsmun.

    @mdawglol @TSB They don’t help you they are only there for show. Better join the length queue on the phone if you want some help and then expect a big phone bill

    @TSB hey they. Need help please. Trying to log in online and can’t because I don’t my user ID and I don’t have my bank card to find my account details (it’s been a while since I used the account). Anything I can do other than go in branch to sort this out?
