@TSB please can you clarify your customer service open hours? It says till 9pm on the app, 10pm on here but 8pm the phone. I’m trying to report potential fraud and can’t get through to anyone. The self service doesn’t even offer the option I need. What am I supposed to do?

Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@lisaminot @TSB Hi Lisa, have you double checked the number to call on the text against the number to call on TSB website - it maybe one number different , if it is it’s likely to be fraud . Any card payments authorised today will show in the pending section of your account .

@TSB Yes I have but not being able to use my card for roughly 6 hours is NOT acceptable. I’m aware I’m not the only one. It seems ok now but you need to sort out the continuous issues you have
