@TSB my local branch has closed down and no matter how many time I have attempted to access on line for business banking, it proves impossible. Get so far, then hit a wall. Seriously fed up. What is next step?

@TSB Unable to access my business banking app on my phone as it's telling me it needs updated. There is no update available. Incredibly inconvenient when I need to transfer money and don't have my laptop.

@TSB @Rebeccafurlong6 A small number? Not good enough i cannot access my account meaning I cannot pay my staff nor can I pay any bills. This is not an isolated incident this happens daily. Sort it out.

@TSB logged on to my business banking to be told I need to update app but no update is available. Google play says last update 11 May & app has been working till today. How do you expect business customers to be able to work when you require authorisation from non existant app?

@TSB usual useless systems - a chatbot in your app that refers you to an email address. No one to call after hours when u keep declining my card online even though it’s fine . I told u this 3 days ago and phoned up . Service just gets worse . Time for a change #tsb
