    @TSB my local branch has closed down and no matter how many time I have attempted to access on line for business banking, it proves impossible. Get so far, then hit a wall. Seriously fed up. What is next step?

    @TSB I have 2 eroneous debit card transactions from last Fri 13th. Can you please advise when will these be removed and the money re-credited to my account. Is it a set number of working days for a merchant to request any money before you remove them.

    @TSB you really do provide the worse service. Branch closed at 2pm on a Friday so can’t pay in cheque. Oh I can pay in @PostOffice as long as I have a TSB envelope! Really! #pointless

    @TSB I’ve been trying to get through to your fraud prevention line all day tried 3 times and been hold a hour at a time, I need help I can’t use my card this is ridiculous your supposed to have a dedicated rapid line for this 😠

    @TSB Why is your service an absolute shambles??? Your quick enough at taking our money but when we’ve asked for a refund we have to speak 100 different people and we still don’t have any right answers??? Get your **** together!!!!

    @tsb Why are you still sending correspondence to our old address a year+ after we informed you. Why do I still not have a new bank card after I made a 100mile round trip to update and order. Why is my wife's card blocked with no contact from you. 📞 impossible.

    @TSB I have spent 5 hours plus on hold trying to get hold of your debit card department after you put a block on my card for no reason when making an online payment and without telling me. Please can you tell me how I can actually get in contact…
