@TSB So by reversing the payments is putting it right is not correct. This is the least we would expecting. Putting it right would be offering some form compensation as the service has dramatically decreased over the last 18 months

@katharvey2112 @Gosia91661025 @TSB I’m so livid I’m ready to LOSE MY ****. Good job this is just online. I hate these kind of toxic, sociopathic trolls. They have no followers or posts. I swear they make accounts just to attack people.

Awrite @TSB I get that you know you've double dipped everybody recently and kid on that your sorting it but to actually disable your "chat to us" option online and in app and make it that no one can contact you and let you know they are down is pretty despicable eh.

@TSB Honestly your communication on this issue has been awful! What about people that don’t use Twitter? No email, no text, no phone calls! Really @TSB this is not good enough

@katharvey2112 @Gosia91661025 @TSB And I literally mentioned in other comments that I have multiple mental illnesses (diagnosed and potentially diagnosable) and two physical illnesses so wtf is this person even on about? I was sympathising with the OP op of that thread saying I only had a little too

@TSB as I’m sure you’re obviously aware I had duplicate payments paid out of my account, I originally blamed Tesco as it was all paid to them, any time frame on the fix as if I were to end up in my overdraft, I won’t be paying any fees
