I'm assuming that as Friday and Monday are not working days if I made a payment today it would make no difference?

It’s just after 9.50pm, I’ve gone to transfer my son money to get a train ticket and can’t. This is terrible, especially with being a new cust. The service should be available. What am I to do?

Twice my account has been restored over chat, however the person named Lax Sharma decided not to help today and closed down the chat cause she couldn't be bothered, very poor display of help.
