@TSB I wasted enough time yesterday trying to log in via the app and website, still not working. Just tweet and tell us when it’s back working again. 🙄

.@TSB is it normal for you to automatically phone an account holder and then keep them hanging on the line for twenty minutes with no operator ever responding? If so, this is extremely poor customer service.

@TSB I've been having this problem for 6 months. It won't let me add letters when asking for memorable name, only numbers. Got to the stage now where last time I logged in I transferred all but £100 out of my account.

@TSB Having a nightmare trying to login for about 6 months now. It doesn't let me add letters when asking for memorable name only numbers. Only way I can get in is reset everything every time I login. Any way of sorting this. Tried other browsers, clearing cookies, etc.

@TSB not everyone wants to go cashless - real money is worth more, shops are charged each card transaction, which pushes up prices to the consumer! In a £££ crisis a bank is the one place ppl should be able to access. What would happen if the Internet went down? #Banks #cash

@TSB I'm so glad I left your below-average service after the best financial "advice" you could offer me during a cancer diagnosis was "extend your overdraft". Followed by a copy and paste response about how you don't copy and paste responses - complete with *insert information here*.
