Suspect I'll be looking elsewhere very soon - these repeated major outages that last for days are totally unacceptable in this day & age. They've learned nothing from previous IT disasters.

I opened an account with Lloyds in one of their 3 branches in Scotland when I was 18 because a pal said their customer service was awesome (it was). After the merger & de-merger we got dumped with TSB. Think this might be the push we need to switch.

Don't make the mistake of thinking you can just use your card to buy things, that won't work either. Cards are being declined as if there's no money in anyone's account. They're also closed for the night so they won't reply.
