We shouldn't have to go to the site where the card has been fraudulently used, when TSB already texted flagging it might be suspicious. You have evidence that it is suspicious activity

It's clearly not just me with issues, over the last week alone, the amount of people getting in touch RE fraud.. that's a bank issue. Think I'll switch to someone else for my own safety
