    What would your advice be @MoneySavingExp if people are getting a consistently awful service from their bank? People are unable to access their funds or transfer money with @TSB on a regular basis

    @TSB why is the App down again😡😡 are you employing fresh out of uni network engineers because surely to god long term engineers know how to deal with these problems and get on top of alerts and prevent constant problems

    @Lindzspoon @TSB Of course they are! They spend more time down than functioning these days. At least it’s reminded me to change my bank. Wouldn’t surprise me if they go bust within the year

    @TSB @ellie_mole Or you could just have a reliable service that doesn’t require all of that? I bank with starling too and this never happens. It’s not an us problem, it’s a you problem.
