@TSB Sophie I am not going to go into a store pick up more items only to have to put them back again. Your solution is the equivalent of telling me to turn it off and turn it back on again. Are you aware of the problem? Are you being hacked ? Have the engineers confirmed a solution?

What a horrible customer service @TSB The first bank I opened an account with over 15 years ago. Im going to gradually phase them out. Customer service is very important to me.

So @TheFCA website seems very clear that @TSB fraud team cannot do to me what they have done, particularly as they said I had no option to provide any evidence to prove my position. We will now see what the Financial Ombudsman has to say about that.....
