@kwatsonboi @TSB Out of curiosity, does the fingerprint logo not show when you try and log in ? I've been experiencing this since this morning. So frustrating.

Why is it when I pay off my @Barclays credit card it clears within hours but @TSB want to take a 2-3 working days?! Clearly the technology is there

@TSB It won’t let me apply as an existing customer, only change current account or apply for a new account separately. Can’t do it through online banking. Will I be able to have it on the same online banking log in?

@TSB is there an access issue only for me, or general IT/Comms meltdown? Do I hang up after an hour of waiting?

@TSB The sign says “until further notice” … and there were no staff visible from the street - the service from this branch is virtually non existent and there is no longer a nearby or suitable alternative #notgoodenough

@TSB the fingerprint login on the android app won't work, it keeps saying try again but my fingerprint is fine on my actual phone security, is there a problem I'm unaware of?

@TSB Will do, but your over-zealous security methods, whist appreciated, are a massive pain. As for the level of service & advice, I don't see TSB winning any 'Pride of Britain' awards they're so fond of sponsoring, nor have I witnessed any of the helpfulness you boast in your ads.
