    @TSB Your app isn't working again. I can log in but get timed out every time I try to do anything. Can't move money or pay bills. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling and that hasn't worked. When will I be able to access my money!

    @TSB we’ve spent two hours trying to get through to someone as someone else has set up an account in my dads name and is contacting his customers for money. Please can someone help. We’ve also tried @actionfrauduk with no luck.
