    @TSB Will that fix it for everyone or just me? I find it odd that there is no way to opt out. Possibly illegal for you not to do that. It shouldn’t be such a faff to stop receiving emails. Certainly will mean I won’t bother considering you next year.

    @TSB Nothing in that image that is personal enough to warrant its deletion. Staying up also lets other know how much of a problem it is. I have no accounts with you. Just requested a contents insurance quote. Found better elsewhere and am stuck with your spam.

    @TSB When do you plan on fixing "ERRSCA02: Sorry, something went wrong" ? Cannot pay my rent if I can't access internet banking. Occurs on the first log-in screen. I can see others are complaining about this as well.

    @JamieMc76633051 @TSB @LastPass It's the Mac laptop that I'm having the problem with; on iPad, I can access via app quite easily via touch login, but features are limited there.

    @TSB your web portal is rubbish, you guys need to get a grip of what you are asking customers to do in trying to access their own funds! If you cannot provide a proper banking service then sell your business to another provide who can!

    @TSB wasted 1.5hrs trying to get online account unblocked twice this morning. Manager promised call back at 3pm, all will be sorted + I can then make payment from my account again. No call. Can anybody help me? I haven’t the time or energy to call again and shouldn’t have to.

    @TSB to be honest I've been trying to speak with someone for days about a transfer into my account I don't recognise, I'm concerned as I'm trying to buy a house and don't need any concerns with my bank account or the stress. Help??
