@TSB jst popped to my local branch to deposit some pound coins. The bank is open and staffed but you can only deposit notes into the machine. No service for people who work in the week!! Not much of a banking service!!

@TSB 3 days on the phone trying to contact fraud team Automated support refers to me a live chat that I can’t access because the fraud team have locked me out of my account I have bills to pay urgently and need access to my account or a human being ASAP

@TSB went down to your East Kilbride branch this morning only to find your staff closing for the day, despite huge sign saying you close for refurbishment tomorrow. Staff were rude and arrogant to myself and several other customers who were waiting outside. Not acceptable tsb!

My poor old Grandad was advised over 25 years ago by @TSB (@LloydsBank ) to put money into a Cash ISA as it was “the sensible and best way to earn money”. After some terrible news he’s just looked at his account to find he has made £27.10 in 25 years, poor man is heartbroken!! 💔
