It shouldn’t be such a faff to stop receiving emails. Certainly will mean I won’t bother considering you next year.

Now say once blocked there is NOTHING a customer of 10 years can do or provide to appeal or get that decision reviewed. Algorithms with no feedback are DANGEROUS
