It shouldnโt be such a faff to stop receiving emails. Certainly will mean I wonโt bother considering you next year.

chinnyweasley (@chinnyweasley) reported@TSB Iโve been told to go to a branch to open an account. However the nearest branches near me are only open between 10am to 4pm with the counter being closed on Saturdays. How is someone working full time supposed to go?

Why do you repeatedly take your production systems offline way ahead of advertised outage start times? Are customers an inconvenience? ๐ก

Lee Hewat (@Leehewat28) reported@TSB Is there an issue with the biometrics function on the app? Everytime i try to log in with my fingerprint, i get an error message saying i need to set it up again? I was able to use it last night but then today i have had to use my memorable info everytime.
