    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    @TSB 32 minutes waiting for the second attempt to sort this and still no one is picking up. Not great customer service really is it?

    @TSB Thank you i have ordered via that site although email says cheque book will be sent although i ticked box for pay in slips!

    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    @TSB Time to move banks after 20 years, it would be nice to give some ETA on a fix. This is peoples money and on payday - really unacceptable and lack of communication is going to crucify your bank.

    @TSB not only is my bank account not working, I cannot use my Apple Pay or debit card. Failing to mention that part on your ‘sorry’

    @TSB Online and mobile banking is down yet again, can’t get cash out and cards declining,well done. Can you please upgrade from windows 95 and sort yourselves out, TSB- The **** Bank.

    Really getting frustrated with how often @TSB goes down. Every month at payday it always goes down and then I get screwed over for my bills. What other banks have better service and a better mobile app for mobile banking? #NewBank
