    @TSB @PrideOfBritain Thatโ€™s all very noble @TSB but maybe you should support local communities by keeping a few branches open you charge me a handling fee for my business yet there is not even an open bank in the area.

    @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all itโ€™s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !     @TSB Purchase made on the 26/12/25. Paid on their website with my debit card. Item still hasnโ€™t been despatched. Iโ€™ve tried contacting Zavvi through several different methods and they donโ€™t reply.

    @santanderuk @TSB Sole trader. I've been on chat for ages and it's signed me out and then another time said technical issues. I keep responding and saying I'm still there when the screen comes up. Now been on for 40 minutes and counting.

    @TSB are quite literally the worst! And their customer service is somehow even worse than the bank itself! I'd get more calling the local zoo and asking for the sloths to get me some help ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

    @TSB I have followed everything correctly. Photos taken and green ticks displayed for all details. When I click deposit I get: sorry this service isn't responding. TSB error code MCD19

    Just spent an hour trying to cancel a direct debit with @TSB because the help & images were absolutely nothing like where to actually find it on the app. Round and round in circles. Utterly useless. & โ€˜TSBโ€™ bots wanting direct messages to โ€˜helpโ€™ ie scam can get lost!
