Despite repeated follow ups through phone calls & branch visits, Iβm not getting anywhere. Iβve raised a complaint too and theres still no response. Is this how loyal customers are treated?

Angela Leslie (@AngelaLeslie20) reported@TSB @BenWoodward We had exactly the same, locked out and little help. 2 and a half hours to sort out a transfer to a family member and that was including over an hour of security questions. Was told we'd get a letter to give feedback but over 2 weeks later nothing! Ridiculous
