  @TSB @PrideOfBritain That’s all very noble @TSB but maybe you should support local communities by keeping a few branches open you charge me a handling fee for my business yet there is not even an open bank in the area.

  @TSB @JJBmufc Lesley , when you try and log in there’s a message telling people you are aware app is down, you’d think they would have let you know !

  @TSB Hi Lesley, I've tried both. I can get into the site and into my account but when I click change details, it brings up that message. I changed my address and my email address at the same time which made things difficult. All I want to do is update my address. Cheers

  It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB
