    @TSB @PrideOfBritain That’s all very noble @TSB but maybe you should support local communities by keeping a few branches open you charge me a handling fee for my business yet there is not even an open bank in the area.

    @TSB [2] ... been a single response to any customer tweet - You haven't even put an update out on your own Twitter feed! You have a duty of care towards your customers and you're failing miserably right now. The lack of communication is just incredible!

    @TSB I’m fuming, I tried various stages of the night, even 8am this morning. I couldn’t transfer money to someone who needed it, had to ring round for someone else to do it. I got access at 11am. What a pathetic and embarrassing bank TSB are proving to be.

    Not sure if anyone on iPhone is trying to access the #TSB #TSBapp without any joy? It your using β€˜Log in with FaceID’ try just going to β€˜Log in’ and put in your memorable information - logged me in straight away πŸ‘πŸΌ @TSB

    @TSB Why does tsb every few months have issues with it's app or accessing online banking. It's not even funny anymore really. Poor reliability is a constant with this bank
