    @TSB @PrideOfBritain That’s all very noble @TSB but maybe you should support local communities by keeping a few branches open you charge me a handling fee for my business yet there is not even an open bank in the area.

    @Charl_H79 @TSB I have made 3 in store transactions in 3 different places and worked fine. The app and mobile banking on the other hand… awful. Hope it works for you 👍

    @WanderingWolf14 @TSB I honestly do understand that. And I don't want to be that guy. But what does it help messaging the bank on Twitter?? When we can do our own research and find out what's happening in seconds.

    @TSB your continued IT failures are proving too much. We can't access our money, pay bills and now with the constant having to log on to the app to approve card transaction am completely stuck. Yet you fail to provide details of when we can use OUR money! @BBCBreaking @SkyNews
