    @TSB [2] ... been a single response to any customer tweet - You haven't even put an update out on your own Twitter feed! You have a duty of care towards your customers and you're failing miserably right now. The lack of communication is just incredible!

    @TSB @PrideOfBritain That’s all very noble @TSB but maybe you should support local communities by keeping a few branches open you charge me a handling fee for my business yet there is not even an open bank in the area.

    @dhh The problem is that it’s just not true Like a lot of invented β€˜Health and Safety’ rules, GDPR is a new way of saying β€œI don’t want to help you” Once had @TSB refuse to disclose a picture of a fraudster β€œbecause of GDPR” Suspect it was inside job, so GDPR used to hide identity

    Can Someone have a word with @TSB devs and make a dark mode app icon please. It’s literally the only app that lets me down for a clean UI. Oh and add some notifications options please I’d love to see in and out goings etc.

    It’s wild that some 2 years after one of my debit cards got replaced has my old card stopped working with a monthly payment. Not a DD. Card payment. Only slightly worrying @TSB

    @TSB The person I spoke with has no idea of how the payment system on the uk government website works and now she is telling me they will cancel my card. This is the second time you guys are canceling my card in a space of 1 year.
