    @TSB @PrideOfBritain That’s all very noble @TSB but maybe you should support local communities by keeping a few branches open you charge me a handling fee for my business yet there is not even an open bank in the area.

    @TSB [2] ... been a single response to any customer tweet - You haven't even put an update out on your own Twitter feed! You have a duty of care towards your customers and you're failing miserably right now. The lack of communication is just incredible!

    @TSB The fact that I went into my local branch this morning and was basically made to feel like a fraud because they didn't have a clue what was going on!!! Unable to get fuel and shopping etc. It completely wiped my sons DLA money which is to help him😑

    The best option they had was to drive to a "nearby" branch (30 miles away) to make an appointment there. Then drive home. Then drive there for the appointment and drive home again. While dying from terminal cancer. @TSB, the bank that likes to say "**** you".

    @KarenaHigton @TSB I did the same with Admiral - on hold to them for over an hour trying to work out why they have charged me for a whole year car insurance twice in one month. Turns out, wasn’t them and there were 6 other payments duplicated too. I’m Β£656 down.

    NEWSFLASH @TSB my money in MY account is not yours to take anytime you want!! A 'glitch' to you is not the same to people in the real world. With our bills, travel and food prices rising. Barely living as it is!! Can you return my money now!!

    @TSB My loss wasn't as much as others have suffered, spending nearly a 40 minute phone call complainimg to Waitrose to get to the root of the matter - now points to you. Tried to call you but lines in meltdown. After your previous problems - do I still want Tsb as a bank.πŸ₯Ί

    @TSB My bf paid car tax for 2 cars aswell as Shopping on the 2nd leaving him nearly Β£500 down! No way it can take 15 days to be fixed. Get it sorted now

    @shazia_dar @TSB I just wish, post the split, I’d gone to Lloyds. Never had an issue until @TSB have been at the helm. And canned responses, for an AI driven bot, doesn’t help.
