@TSB customer service on the phone is ATROCIOUS! twice in the past month when I’ve had to call them they’ve sent me from wrong department to wrong department. I have been on the phone for 2 hours each time just to get my online banking login sorted. WTH

@TSB so as a business we have banked with tsb for 4 years been blocked from making and receiving payments twice. Customer service not good. Won’t unblock until you submit a form. Emails go to spam and they don’t ring you. Very very poor. Especially when you have staff to pay.

@_DundeePerfect_ @TSB 3 weeks and still no access to my account. I regret ever joining them. From what o can gather their app goes down constantly and people get charged for missing payment so good luck if you want to use online banking

@AndreaLSimpson @TSB Been with them since start of last month. Spent 4 weeks now locked out of online banking. 3 complaints made no reference numbers provided. A large phone bill trying to call them. Still no access. I’m trying to leave and even that’s a nightmare

@TSB Oh now you have a response but ignoring others. Interesting. This was was found when I was forced to have someone go out after 9pm last night and drive 4.5 miles to get me a mini statement because you don’t respond , answer calls or acknowledge issues

@TSB No, you have cancelled my card, I now have to wait 3 - 5 working days for another, so that is next week. This is the second time you have done this to me without warning. Utterly unacceptable.
