I have been on the phone for 2 hours each time just to get my online banking login sorted. WTH

Your refund department can see the transaction, its not appeared on my @TSB credit card yet and because I cant tell you how much it is you wont refund after waiting 20 minutes on a call. You suggested I call back - seriously?
