    @TSB customer service on the phone is ATROCIOUS! twice in the past month when I’ve had to call them they’ve sent me from wrong department to wrong department. I have been on the phone for 2 hours each time just to get my online banking login sorted. WTH

    @TSB The issue is that while U work on this, Google play offers a third party app under your details, so people might download it and use their login details to try to log in effectively giving someone their login details for nothing. Why don't you let your customers know about App?

    @janetmarie1 @TSB We are also the same @TSB -Calling the fraud number you list on your website. Well over an hour of waiting. With an account that is having fraudulent payments made from it.

    @TSB I have now managed, something was obscuring the message area and I removed it. My entire day has been ruined & I now face a further two weeks abroad where I am in doubt as to whether I can draw money & you offer no support won't even refund the 4 calls I had to make today!

    @TSB After days of frustration trying to update your app it now won't let me login without valid ID & a selfie. I do not have any valid ID & don't see why you need a photo as you have enough information so how can this be rectified? I need access to my account asap #tsbapp

    @TSB I'm so bloody sick of this, tried again to register for use the app...it's bloody farsical, still can't access it. If I want to know my balance I have to go to the cash machine. The website is always down.

    @yesmina43628521 @TSB Thanks for the advise. It is appreciated. If I can't get this fixed I will transfer everything over to my spare account elsewhere as TSB & the issues online are continuously frustrating
