  @TSB customer service on the phone is ATROCIOUS! twice in the past month when I’ve had to call them they’ve sent me from wrong department to wrong department. I have been on the phone for 2 hours each time just to get my online banking login sorted. WTH

  @TSB I can't pay a new recipient because I'm not getting any OTPs to the business TSB app (6.2.1). Is there support that I can contact about this now as I need to make the payment? Its not the phone's fault, as the problem happens when I install app on another phone also. Thanks

  @TSB @BANKIFI_global The TSB Business interface on laptops and desktops is KAPUT, trying to beat the deadline for HMRC submission, need access to bank statements, been advised to go to brank and have printed out JOKE!

  @TSB Help please! Trying to register for online banking, but don't know my password. I can't reset my password, b/c I'm not registered. Says register for online banking. But it won't let me register b/c my registration is ongoing. Then tells me to reset my password! Its a loop!

  @TSB have you issues with phone lines? I've tang 3 times this morning, been on hold 7 mins and call drops. Tried customer support number, rings once and ends call. I need to speak to someone!!

  @TSB please get the approve payments working can’t pay bills thanks to this. Appreciate the added security but please make sure the system works first!
