Usually when companies don’t have in house expertise to solve problems they call in outside help. Contractors if you will. Expensive, but might be necessary. Nearly a week now

susan russell (@Sueruss55) reported@TSB I know your job is to firefight, to make it look as if the bank is doing something. However, it is very tiring and time consuming for customers when you ask the same questions and request us to send screenshots. I know you know what the problem is.

susan russell (@Sueruss55) reported@TSB It makes no difference what laptop or phone, which browser, etc etc your customers are using. The issue remains the same. Your security software is not allowing your customers to buy things online.
