    @TSB Hi. Do you allow third parties to verify bank details. I’m trying to add my bank account details to my motability account and it won’t verify them. They said the issue could be with the bank so just wanted to check. Thanks.

    @TSB sheer disappointment. After 15 years loyalty to you, there’s fraud on my account today and TSB unwilling to fix and say nothing they can do despite clear evidence of fraud and myself being a victim…I’ll be contracting the financial ombudsman for the first time ever.

    Absolutely shocking tel service from @TSB internet and fraud depts. Lovely people in branch having to wait for 1 hr to get someone to respond and then they were totally inept and she had to call again! Another 40 mins. Been in branch 2hrs now while advisor trying her best!

    @TSB Need to bank a cheque with TSB but my branch has closed so went to the post office.They don't have pay in slips "it is up to the customer to provide one "(need to visit the bank) .Nearest branch according to TSB to my Manchester post code is Portsmouth.

    @TSB I have 2 eroneous debit card transactions from last Fri 13th. Can you please advise when will these be removed and the money re-credited to my account. Is it a set number of working days for a merchant to request any money before you remove them.

    @TSB I've had fraudulent activity on my account however, can't get through to anyone to resolve it! Spent about 2 hours on hold yesterday and since 8am this morning and still no answer! Any chance of some help...bit concerned someone is helping themselves to my money!

    @TSB It doesn’t really help if my local branch is open but nobody will be able to help me. Can I order adhoc statements and move money via CHAPS through telephone banking? The statements need to show these funds being moved so not just the current statement available on the portal.
