Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

@NickHickey84 @TSB It’s came up as a notification that I need to change my password as it was part of a data leak. Came through iPhone when I was on the web browser to log in.

@TSB No update in 4.5 hours. I still can't access my account. I have bills bouncing despite being paid this morning and my online food shop has now been rejected as you declined payment! Card declined in shops and cash machines too. What exactly are we all meant to do here @TSB

@TSB There any banks out there that reward you for transferring? 🤔 could do with the extra cash because of direct debit interests and late fees BECAUSE THE BANKING ISNT WORKING. Will I be refunded? Will I fudge.
