  Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

  @WhowhatWah @TSB Yeah it wasn’t the app, it was the data site and the thing came from Apple itself but yeah I’m not changing anything yet ! :)

  @TSB is it usual to have the app say i couldn't access moving money by stating "too many slaves and wives try again later" 100% not a joke it literally popped up.

  As a disabled vulnerable customer of @TSB the service is appalling, I have wasted so many hours on hold this week reporting fraudulent transactions which finally got dealt with then they go and charge my card for overseas card use 😭😭
