  @NickHickey84 @TSB It’s came up as a notification that I need to change my password as it was part of a data leak. Came through iPhone when I was on the web browser to log in.

  Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

  @dhh The problem is that it’s just not true Like a lot of invented ‘Health and Safety’ rules, GDPR is a new way of saying “I don’t want to help you” Once had @TSB refuse to disclose a picture of a fraudster “because of GDPR” Suspect it was inside job, so GDPR used to hide identity

  @TSB No, I have 2 choices now... ombudsman or switch bank....I'm fact the best option is to switch away. 40 odd years as a customer and I can no longer trust @tsb

  @TSB you blocked my online banking and mobile app , as I teied to pay my bills , you text saying you were doing checks, after 20 minutes you kept my online access blocked. You gave me a number to unblock my account, I have been ringing the number to get no answer since midnight

  @TSB I dont think its the Internet because its happening whether im connected to WiFi or using my data. Must be a problem with the app itself.
