    @NickHickey84 @TSB It’s came up as a notification that I need to change my password as it was part of a data leak. Came through iPhone when I was on the web browser to log in.

    @WhowhatWah @TSB Yeah it wasn’t the app, it was the data site and the thing came from Apple itself but yeah I’m not changing anything yet ! :)

    Was anyone else affected by @TSB 's issue whereby they took payment twice? Just wondering if you have had it refunded yet as the 24-48hrs has now passed and I'm still waiting.... 🤦

    Just taken the leap by switching banks away from @TSB who are absolutely shocking!! Website is rubbish, cannot pay in money at the post office like every other bank and generally shocking customer service.

    @TSB worst customer service. Fraudulent activity on my bank and absolute farce of a call centre. When possible ill be switching Banks 0/10. Getting 'For the 4th time' from the call handler when im asking a question she clearly doesn't know the answer too

    @TSB Unable to search in the app longer than periods of 3 months. That's ridiculous and pathetic because I don't remember the dates and therefore I'm unable to search that way. HELP

    @TSB Hi TSB, Ive updated my phone number for 2 yrs now however I always get a text when trying to pay for something with old number,, multiple times, Ive tried to sort this out, chat, Twitter etc, its getting very annoying. I wanted to resolve the previous issue with you first

    @santanderuk @TSB I was approved for a credit card, received the physical card and activation info, but it’s now blocked/declining legitimate transactions with no clear explanation. Please fix this urgently and confirm it won’t affect my credit file. Ref: OLA0107788949

    @TSB I’ve been told to go to a branch to open an account. However the nearest branches near me are only open between 10am to 4pm with the counter being closed on Saturdays. How is someone working full time supposed to go?
