    @TSB Nothing in that image that is personal enough to warrant its deletion. Staying up also lets other know how much of a problem it is. I have no accounts with you. Just requested a contents insurance quote. Found better elsewhere and am stuck with your spam.

    @TSB Will that fix it for everyone or just me? I find it odd that there is no way to opt out. Possibly illegal for you not to do that. It shouldn’t be such a faff to stop receiving emails. Certainly will mean I won’t bother considering you next year.

    @TSB @TSB I have sent several emails regarding this. I do not need to send you a DM so you can remove a complaint from public scrutiny. All in my network should be aware of this situation as @TSB are clearly not set up for or trained appropriately to support business banking.

    @TSB may I ask why your app is so terrible that it defaults to the 4th of June 2015 as a birthdate when one is trying to log in with a new phone? Absolutely shocking customer experience.

    Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?     @TSB Hi Lesley, I've tried both. I can get into the site and into my account but when I click change details, it brings up that message. I changed my address and my email address at the same time which made things difficult. All I want to do is update my address. Cheers
