@TSB Already replied to the 'customer service' email. I've not had any further response - probably because it was sent by your automaton, Sue Webb, who assured me that TSB don't use scripts whilst glaringly using a script in her response. The paradox may have caused a fuse to blow.

@TSB How long has your Internet banking service been available or what year did it start? If I guess 2004, does that mean that for 18 years u have been considering introducing download statements for Internet business banking? Or was the service previously available then stopped?

@TSB received excellent customer service from Alice in the Swansea office! I can't say TSB customer service is always top notch but Alice's customer service certainly was.
