@TSB I've been having this problem for 6 months. It won't let me add letters when asking for memorable name, only numbers. Got to the stage now where last time I logged in I transferred all but £100 out of my account.

@TSB I’m fuming, I tried various stages of the night, even 8am this morning. I couldn’t transfer money to someone who needed it, had to ring round for someone else to do it. I got access at 11am. What a pathetic and embarrassing bank TSB are proving to be.

@ColeHulking @TSB I can get in fine. I just have to reset details each time. I only login once a month now at the most because of it. It's only a secondary account used for transferring money about.

@TSB My payments from 9th have not been made and are “pending”. Why is this? There is 2000% more money in the account than the total cost of the payments on that day. We haven’t got cinema tickets becuase this hasn’t been processed. Please help.
