    @tsb So, online banking STILL down, over 24 hours now, and a new low with customer service going from, not being bothered about their customer, and not even offering an apology, to 100% ignoring the customer, through one of the communication methods people are told to use!!!!

    @TSB I tried multiple times and no change. Can you be specific on the issue and resolution. I can't be keep trying for the whole day and it seems to be a major issue affecting many of the customers

    @TSB Ok thanks - the sort code and account number are filled in on the front of the envelope, does that help? I have paid in several cheques at the post office without a paying in slip before and have not had any issues
