Hi @tsb please can you advise when the bug in your IT system when linking up with @Xero will be fixed? Xero say there is no solution at present and this has been going on months. Constant disconnections and missing transactions are causing huge problems.

@TSB i put my bank account # on my card application to make payments from savings which is different # from checking but it switched to my checking with 5 bucks. I now have a return that is 29.95 that i did not authorize to use this account. Customer service is no help either.

@TSB - quite literally the worst bank! Shockingly poor website design, cannot stop paper statements and no links on where to close business bank account. I’ll be taking our account to another bank

@TSB Hello I’m on hold with your colleague Ahmed on the customer care line. I have asked him about a charge that was levied against my mortgage on the 20/06/22. I’ve been on hold now for around 15 minutes. I’m wondering if he’s just stuck me on hold so I will terminate the call.

@TSB these online banking issues can't go on. 3 times I've been logged out of my account now when I'm in the middle of managing/making payments. On the 16th June, it kept logging me off & I ended up missing the a tsb credit card payment & now I've recieved a late charge!!

@TSB moved my money to a save well limited access account a few weeks ago when it was O.39 , not it says on your website it's 0.70 , how do I get the better rate or I'm off elsewhere
