@TSB It was always non contactless. Automated team screwed up sending out yet another card. It's clearly not just me with issues, over the last week alone, the amount of people getting in touch RE fraud.. that's a bank issue. Think I'll switch to someone else for my own safety

Well @TSB you declined a payment yet again for security reasons. 2nd time in 3 months! Since I need to now make a back up account I may as well make 2 and **** you off.

@TSB Can I ask why you automatically decline fraud claims when the transactions relate to gambling? We shouldn't have to go to the site where the card has been fraudulently used, when TSB already texted flagging it might be suspicious. You have evidence that it is suspicious activity

@TSB Day 2 and the wait continues. Still can’t get through to the oxymoronically named Fraud team. The only fraud here is you are holding my money and not giving me access. Still on hold. Will post daily updates.

@TSB I cannot get a payment authentication code when trying to buy a large purchase online. Gets to the verify screen, but no code is then sent to me. Have checked my account and my telephone no IS correct. Can you help fix this?

@TSB I know it’s not you, nor is it your colleagues there. But I cannot spend day after day trying to get through, whilst TSB do not publicly accept there’s a problem here. So I will highlight to keep in the public domain until TSB resolve it. There’s no need to reply.
