@Xero Your provider @tink is a joke and has been for over a year. @tsb bank feeds haven't worked correctly in that time with no resolution in sight. Duplicate transactions for the month of December. Bit of a mess. Bored of raising tickets about this issue 🙄

@TSB 2/2 will cost me approx £10 in train fare and a whole morning. Any suggestions?!!! And Yes, people do still need to use cheques, especially people with no access to the internet, such as my parents!! What a ridiculous situation. 😡😡😡

Lovely @TSB advisor on the phone. There’s now no way to pay in physical cheques unless you spend lots of time & money getting to your closest branch, as the @PostOffice method gives no proper receipt. Had an account with you since I was 16; now time to close it down sadly. 😡😡

  • AlastairMitch14 Alastair Mitchell (@AlastairMitch14) reported

@TSB I have been sat in your branch for over an hour now while your money confidence expert has been on the phone to a call centre. Great help tsb
