    @TSB Phoned customer service this am and told app issues were being resolved. Now cannot even access account at all. What is going on?

    @TSB Yes that is one issue. But it is also an issue that the payment verification can only be done via the app. Not everyone has a decent mobile. Why is it not possible to do this via a laptop?

    @TSB Thanks for your reply and sorry you are all getting moaned at - you all need to pass these messages to your superiors! The app approval system is annoying and time consuming! Todays error isn’t just affecting a ‘few’ customers. TSB are shutting branch’s but your online system bad

    @TSB hello. Tried to put money into ISA using the app but saying as I haven’t put into it in the last financial year I need to reactivate using the website. This should be straightforward enough but I’m confused - I have been regularly paying money into it?

    @TSB I can't pay off my credit card fees due to the new approve payment not working on the app? I'm getting an error message. When will this be sorted as if I receive charges it will be your fault!!

    @TSB Alex there needs to be an alternative method when this happens, I have bills I have to pay today and this really does not help. This needs to be fixed today.

    @TSB been trying since early this morning to pay bills with the approved payment not working. This is a shambles people need to pay bills. Have done web chat have reinstalled have switched device on and off. Absolute stress that is not needed. This needs to be fixed and your end
