@TSB Enough is enough. Branch closed, app down, bills not paid, credit card late payment and interest coming as a result. Daughter stuck 40 miles away because card at petrol station not working. We will all be changing banks next week.

@TSB Ever since you "upgraded" your system a couple ot years ago it has been, frankly rubbish. These problems always seem to happen around the month end too, when people are reliant on moving money around. Very poor, please resolve properly or you will lose more customers.

@tsb website and app still down!!! Can you give an update on this! What about late charges and inconvenience can you update how you will compensate for this too.
