@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@TSB Hi. Payment was attempted last night and an instant text message was received stating TSB no longer support payments to crypto currency companies. The attempted deposit was to Kracken, one of the largest crypto companies in the world.

As I've learned from my ongoing battle with @HSBC, some banks will defend the indefensible, and will use their limitless resources and a default NO to try and grind you down. @TSB Have now received call from TSB on Friday 25/09. Unable to resolve issue. Still unable to access my personal or business account online. Causing considerable embarrassment unable to pay bills due. Pay £25 pcm to TSB for account and charges for Business acc?

Find it crazy how your bank can just assume something is fraudulent on your account with having no indication of any fraud activity… Then block all your cards and deny you from logging into online banking @TSB
