@TSB lost a customer of 23 years today, absolutely shockingly crap, got palmed off during the TSB Lloyds split, just closed my local branch, had enough of the utter crapness.

@TSB I am currently on hold waiting for the verification team. On that occasion I called 0345 835 3844 I have also called 0800 096 8669. I wished to transfer money to a friend and my internet access was blocked. This started on 19/10/22.

.@TSB why can't I speak to a person about my mortgage? I've requested two call backs, had none, phoned the local branch, had no answer, online chat was no help and told speaking to someone in a local branch is not an option. Why is it so difficult to speak to an actual person?

@TSB hi, is there as issue sending payments, I sent an amount from tsb account to another qccount I hole, the money has been taken but no transaction is showing on the tsb account or the account it was intended for? Is there an issue at the moment.

More incompetence from .@TSB business banking, there appears no limit to how useless this bank is! Today the want me to update my business banking app before I can use it. Having click all the right buttons the only message I get is, "the app will update soon" so no access.

@TSB But when I tried to transfer money to another company it’s refused me and ask me to phone up not textphone ? It’s only ask for textphone when I been logged out of my account by yous Seriously tsb need to sort it out. It’s always constantly problems with tsb bank online.

@TSB Hi there, i’ve reported this issue before but it’s still not working. The app seems to crash on my iPhone 14 Pro Max on iOS 16.0.3. This seems to be after a restore from iCloud that the issue is present. Can you please fix it? I have deleted and re-installed but still same
