    @TSB lost a customer of 23 years today, absolutely shockingly crap, got palmed off during the TSB Lloyds split, just closed my local branch, had enough of the utter crapness.

    @TSB any reason why I have just opened one if your instant access accounts with the 2.5% interest rate but it won't let me add any funds into it ? Bit of a waste if time opening an account if you can't put money in !

    @TSB Yes they did, and they just said it was a system error and to continue trying. I’m still yet to be able to use my card.

    @TSB Direct debits and standing orders take , but none of mines actually reached any destination accounts. Not being pernickety, but my partner’s SOs arrived fine. Having trust issues now.

    Found my old card, figured out the issue. My old card expires in 2024 but @TSB sent me a new version of the card (it’s changed a lot) so I have 2 valid cards for 1 account but only 1 of them shows on my online banking 🙃

    @TSB Thanks. Your page about creating a joint current account doesn't currently mention this. Wakefield is not an available branch on the form you have sent - is this an error?
