@TSB very bad phone service spent over 1hour trying to get thru to advisor only for them to answer and sound like they are either underwater or driving a convertible. couldnt understand a word. 4 operators, cut off by 1 so had to re dial Had to visit branch to speak to a person

@pinkjockalypse @TSB @tsb never believe fault reports - you just get told to reinstall the app or delete cookies, neither of which have ever solved any IT problem. Their system is still bodged from the 2018 collapse. Change banks.

Most frustrating online banking experience with @TSB; as a new customer its been a nightmare & honestly its my fault for trusting d bank with so much funds in it which they arent letting me withdraw. Worst is their CS who r working on a sat. Honestly its better to not hav one

@TSB please sort your stuff out, I’ve been on the phone with your fraud department for the past 2 hours trying to get a block removed and they aren’t useful. I need this block removed as I have bills to pay this week and I have to get shopping and I cannot use my card at all

@carersweek @TSB @TSB if you have branches on high streets, are you willing to host carer support sessions? On a specific day with an appointment a carer or person that needs info and advice can visit an organisation at your branch for support. The model is effective in reaching people.

@TSB_News @TSB Your migration record makes me laugh. You still have errors with customer applications I found pre 2020. There's even a page on your intranet called "common proteo error messages" with all of my workarounds on! Staff still use 6 years later!! You haven't fixed a thing!
