    @TSB I’m the victim of identity fraud and it’s impossible to speak to anyone at TSB, the number I was given by one of your team rings out incessantly. Please can someone contact me? I spent 6 hrs trying to resolve all the fraud, TSB has been the hardest to deal with

    Some service that @TSB that I am accused of committing fraud on my own account because I, fully admittedly, like a bet! Pending payments can’t be stopped? @TSB_News So I’m left with my bank cleared out and now sit and wait for a call-back? Awful #customerservice

    @TSB what a joke my folks have had there account scammed 3 times. And now I’m getting told that cos no one available I will be put in a room wi my mother & left to phone fraud dept but if I need help just give someone in branch a shout.
