@TSB Will that fix it for everyone or just me? I find it odd that there is no way to opt out. Possibly illegal for you not to do that. It shouldn’t be such a faff to stop receiving emails. Certainly will mean I won’t bother considering you next year.

@TSB Hey, thanks for the systems issue your bank has. You've taken a duplicate payment which has left me in an overdraft of £36. Luckily I had a savings accounts which I've transferred funds from to stop you charging me interest. Please refund the duplicate payment.

@theindigosystem @katharvey2112 @TSB ok everyone can complain but not for gods sake about cats. people with disabilities, people with children were left without money and the lady makes a great regret that the kittens do not have food. I don't care how rude my comment was because I think others have worse problems

@TSB So by reversing the payments is putting it right is not correct. This is the least we would expecting. Putting it right would be offering some form compensation as the service has dramatically decreased over the last 18 months

@TSB as I’m sure you’re obviously aware I had duplicate payments paid out of my account, I originally blamed Tesco as it was all paid to them, any time frame on the fix as if I were to end up in my overdraft, I won’t be paying any fees
