    @TSB how you deal with vulnerable customers is flabbergasting. 2 requests to you to block internet banking due to dodgy activity and still the scammers managed to set it up. My dad doesn’t have the internet. Never will. Your staff can’t grasp how he doesn’t have it!Shame on you.

    bit disgusted with @TSB i was calling to report fraudulent activity on my account and you put the phone down. not cool. and @bet365 gamble responsibly??? Someone has been using my card and it isn’t something that appears to be wrong WTAF???? nearly £2k stolen zero help SHOCKING

    @TSB I'm in a chat this morning. The issue is thay you just block a card without any notice, no message to tell the accounter holder, nothing. This isn't the first time you've done this and it's unacceptable.

    @TSB is this a phone number from your fraud department? 0345 351 1695 If it is, it would be helpful to put it on your website so people know it isn't a scam. If it isn't, it could also be useful to add it as a warning to people. Also ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

    @TSB hi I did a switch to yourselves last month however a standing order hasn’t gone out today. I can see it in regular payments but can’t amend it are there are any payment issues or should I make the payment manually and setup standing order again?

    @TSB Pointless exercise… 45 mins wait time to speak to someone in mumbai… this fraud issue is the second time in less than two weeks… how does a brand new credit card… unopened arrive with £245 spent on it? Twice! Inside job

    @TSB Im having log in issues with the app. Every time I use my usual fingerprint recognisition, it comes up saying "something went wrong. Please try again latter." And when i went to use memorable information, it would say my userID or password does not match. I really need help.

    @TSB please sort your stuff out, I’ve been on the phone with your fraud department for the past 2 hours trying to get a block removed and they aren’t useful. I need this block removed as I have bills to pay this week and I have to get shopping and I cannot use my card at all
