  @TSB are definitely having problems against can't even make payments online now or in a shop can not draw cash out which will probably go down as well as some point,can still log into my banking app but it's useless if I can't use my card @DowndetectorUK

  @TSB @PrideOfBritain That’s all very noble @TSB but maybe you should support local communities by keeping a few branches open you charge me a handling fee for my business yet there is not even an open bank in the area.

  @TSB how you deal with vulnerable customers is flabbergasting. 2 requests to you to block internet banking due to dodgy activity and still the scammers managed to set it up. My dad doesn’t have the internet. Never will. Your staff can’t grasp how he doesn’t have it!Shame on you.

  It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB

  @TSB hi, as of last week we can no longer login to our business banking via the app, although none of our details etc have changed…do you have a live chat help feature? I can’t phone as the app is ON my phone, and there are no branches nearby…
