My dad doesn’t have the internet. Never will. Your staff can’t grasp how he doesn’t have it!Shame on you.

I think there is a lot of uncontrolled tinkering at @TSB which is scary for a bank. Also still mistakes left from the 2018 disaster so clearly no supervision.
