  Well thanks @TSB insurance the one time I need you you tell me that my problem of a month or so isn't covered and comes under gradual deterioration. Not happy will not be renewing next year.

  Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?   @TSB @TSB I have sent several emails regarding this. I do not need to send you a DM so you can remove a complaint from public scrutiny. All in my network should be aware of this situation as @TSB are clearly not set up for or trained appropriately to support business banking.

  @TSB I've had 2 letters about a saving account I thought was closed years ago. I have no card or note of the a/c. It seems absolutely impossible to speak to someone without the a/c number.

  @soxxylady @TSB You should join @StarlingBank. Very good customer service 24/7 and lots of good features with it too. You can live chat, send a message or call. Though it’s an online app bank so no branches

  @TSB Hi, my nan has recieved an inheritance cheque that she wants to deposit into her joint account with my grandad but she has mobility issues. Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?
