    Well thanks @TSB insurance the one time I need you you tell me that my problem of a month or so isn't covered and comes under gradual deterioration. Not happy will not be renewing next year.

    @tsb why are you declining my payments ?? When I check and check again and my balance is enough for what I am paying for !!!!! Can’t wait on the phone all afternoon - anyone else having problems again 🙄

    @TSB No need to be sorry, there is no confusion. Your security software is blocking online purchases and you need to fix it. I have called your customer service department and they have logged the circumstances specific to me. This does not appear to have helped. At all.

    @TSB It makes no difference what laptop or phone, which browser, etc etc your customers are using. The issue remains the same. Your security software is not allowing your customers to buy things online.

    @TSB why is nothing being done with regards to your app preventing online card payments from being authorised? This has been 2 weeks now since I was told you are “aware” of the issue #badcustomerservice

    @jhousham1 @TSB Had this issue now for 2 weeks and was told they are aware. Still nothing done about it. Being asked to DM them here is an insult.

    @TSB If this is the first time you have heard of this issue it might help customers if you share this information with your colleagues, then they won’t suffer the same confusion and surprise.

    @TSB I know your job is to firefight, to make it look as if the bank is doing something. However, it is very tiring and time consuming for customers when you ask the same questions and request us to send screenshots. I know you know what the problem is.

    @TSB Still can’t find most of my Twitter conversations with Lesley and Alex. Will have to get one of my sons to show me how to access the thread. There must be at least 50 messages I can’t find. Ah well
