    Well thanks @TSB insurance the one time I need you you tell me that my problem of a month or so isn't covered and comes under gradual deterioration. Not happy will not be renewing next year.

    @TSB west Bridgford branch used to be great customer service but the powers that be think we need to change up banks and replace with terrible terrible customer service. Maybe consult customers rather than have super defensive staff who don’t seem to care about customers

    @TSB I am having issues with Apple Pay using my TSB card. I currently cannot use it to travel at TFL stations. Can you please look into this as I do not want to get stranded. Thank you.

    @tsb once again I'm asked to verify myself using a phone, once again TSB tries to send a text to my landline. I can't change the contact number because the website banking logs me out within a second of logging in. Note, and I will emphasise this I HAVE NO SMART PHONE.

    @TSB Hi, I've accidentally entered my pin wrong 3 times at a ATM machine I remember my correct PIN, how do I unblock the "To many attempts" error when trying to withdraw cash? Will it go away after 24 hours?

    @TSB Thank you I will attempt this but our post office is often closed due to staffing issues so it won't be a long term solution. Unfortunately there are many banks in Truro that are open better hours or have a cash deposit machine accessible.

    @TSB currently waiting for 58 minutes on one phone and 28 on another. Customer service bypass.
