Roger Brown (@rogerjohnbrown) reported@TSB Very disappointed with the service from TSB, just spent an 30mins on hold to speak to someone re blocked card, transferred to diff dept so another 30mins on hold. Then told need to transfer me to someone else, then got automated voice telling me dept closed. Hour wasted!
