    @tsb why are you declining my payments ?? When I check and check again and my balance is enough for what I am paying for !!!!! Can’t wait on the phone all afternoon - anyone else having problems again 🙄

    Well thanks @TSB insurance the one time I need you you tell me that my problem of a month or so isn't covered and comes under gradual deterioration. Not happy will not be renewing next year.

    @lottyburns @TSB Similar thing happened with my wife’s MBNA card as they didn’t have her mobile number to Authenticate online purchases. Though still had same issue after we updated number.

    @TSB dire service from TSB - tried to make payment . Payment being investigated .Now my account access has been suspended . I have to call you and have been asked for all my personal details in full ??!! . Seriously thinking of changing banks !!

    @charlielie @TSB @Apple Same problem here, but was able to call Apple on 0800 0480408 quoting online order reference number and they processed payment over the phone. The fault is at TSB's end.

    So the brave new world of cloud apps and platform integration have seriously time wasting connectivity issues. Specifically @Xero and @TSB fixed fee account, using the open banking Tink API. Which would you ditch? 😠

    @TSB your web site says 8 can stop my debit card via the mobile app but there is no option to do that and you are not accepting phone calls. If any money goes missing I will hold you responsible.

    @TSB I just got told by a member of your staff the manager will call me back in 24 hours about an issue with updating my mobile number. What number is she calling me on if I can't update my number?
