  @TSB I called about 2 weeks ago regarding an incorrect transaction; you said you would get back to me and I still haven’t heard anything. I also cannot get through to your customer service and I’ve been on hold for hours.

  @TSB Morning! Have You Taken the Mobile Banking App Offline? I Was Having Issues Opening it Last Night, Tried This Morning - Same Issue, so I Un-installed it and Now I Can't Find or Re-install it Via Google Play Store.

  @TSB I have now managed, something was obscuring the message area and I removed it. My entire day has been ruined & I now face a further two weeks abroad where I am in doubt as to whether I can draw money & you offer no support won't even refund the 4 calls I had to make today!
