Well thanks @TSB insurance the one time I need you you tell me that my problem of a month or so isn't covered and comes under gradual deterioration. Not happy will not be renewing next year.

@TSB Hi, I tried to approve a payment on my internet banking yesterday and today but it wasn’t allowing me to do so. I understand this has been an issue for a number of weeks now, can you please advise when this will be rectified as it’s a nuisance not being able to make payment?

@TSB A classic plus..i log in verify go back to merchant and press continue then nothing loads for ages... my mastercard and bank of Scotland account have no issues like this and certainly everytime i use this card it flags this issue no matter what website..its infuriating

@TSB very #dissapointed this morning, took £50 in 50p, 20p into your Pollok Glasgow branch this morning all sorted into coin bags, just to exchange for notes. The cashier did not look happy or willing to help. She said that the money must be deposited cont.
