If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

Vonnie Sandlan (@VonnSand) reported from Glasgow, ScotlandInfuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldn’t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesn’t accept deposits.

We've got a financial guardianship, issued by the Sheriff Court in Glasgow. Peter doesn't have capacity to run his accounts, so we were given the order so we could deal with it. Indian accents are so strong. I want to speak to a UK based agent instead of being fobbed off. No branches you can speak to anyone now. Terrible.

Paul (@unsynq) reported@TSB The issue I was having reffered to the scheduled time. It said it was planned for 11:30pm, not 9:55pm or before. I only noticed it when I tried to log in at work and it was already down. If you's are planning changes to the app then stick to the original time stated.
