If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

We've got a financial guardianship, issued by the Sheriff Court in Glasgow. Peter doesn't have capacity to run his accounts, so we were given the order so we could deal with it. In fact credit card entirely missing from app. 4th time in 3 yrs its gone missing from the app. I note the 'manage cards' option isnt working either so thank Gawd I havent lost my card. Its rather frustrating really.
