Vonnie Sandlan (@VonnSand) reported from Glasgow, ScotlandInfuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldn’t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesn’t accept deposits.

If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

We've got a financial guardianship, issued by the Sheriff Court in Glasgow. Peter doesn't have capacity to run his accounts, so we were given the order so we could deal with it. Your refund department can see the transaction, its not appeared on my @TSB credit card yet and because I cant tell you how much it is you wont refund after waiting 20 minutes on a call. You suggested I call back - seriously?

Your online form is not fit for purpose. Your telephone support tells you to fill in the form. I need probate to do anything else.
