If you're going to flag online transactions and proceed to block my account then I expect to be able to access it quickly otherwise left with no account and money!

Your online form is not fit for purpose. Your telephone support tells you to fill in the form. I need probate to do anything else.

You outsource your customer service to some third world country, where none of the advisors can speak English. Then expect poor elderly people to go to the branch when you mess up. Simon Parry (@sparry951) reported@TSB Just a quick one. My credit card DD is due to go out on 7th April. Usually if you make a payment 4 working days before then it stops or reduces the DD. I'm assuming that as Friday and Monday are not working days if I made a payment today it would make no difference?
