@TSB Guys I’m tearing my hair out here. Cut off twice now after an hour holding. Can’t use my card don’t know why. I need somebody to help me here!!!! I just cannot hold for ANOTHER hour. Believe it or not I’ve other things to do. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

Infuriating experience trying to put money into my bank account today. @TSB branch on Paisley Road West has reduced opening hours due to COVID so close at 1.30pm, the ATM was down so couldn’t accept deposits, the branch at Braidcraft Rd was closed and ATM doesn’t accept deposits.

I moved my account to @TSB precisely for local, easy branch access because my previous bank has two branches in Glasgow which open wacky hours and it was a faff to get in. It should not be this hard to put cash into my own account.

@TSB That's impossible. Because I was using my sky broadband to write my tweet. Everything else was working all my other apps was working the only one that wasn't was tsb I even tried using my phone data and my husband's phone data. So pleased riddle me that.

@TSB Are you able to help - we're trying to get a mortgage in principle using your website. We've tried twice on two different laptops, the form doesn't work. On the last page when pressing next it empties the fields and will not submit. Can you help please?
