    @TSB Will that fix it for everyone or just me? I find it odd that there is no way to opt out. Possibly illegal for you not to do that. It shouldn’t be such a faff to stop receiving emails. Certainly will mean I won’t bother considering you next year.

    @TSB Nothing in that image that is personal enough to warrant its deletion. Staying up also lets other know how much of a problem it is. I have no accounts with you. Just requested a contents insurance quote. Found better elsewhere and am stuck with your spam.

    @TSB IF I paid in a cheque to the post office yesterday. When will it appear in my account. Your website says today, but it is not there. I know the funds shouldn't be cleared until 23:59 tomorrow, but I thought I would be able to see it.

    @TSB Yes, I've managed to sort it out in branch. The issue is your colleague told me on phone that you can search for the direct debit indemnity form online, using the search tool. However, it's might be available online but doesn't come up in the search tool!

    @TSB Your app crashes all the time. This latest one was awful. Had to reset my password and memorable information as it kept saying my old one wasn't right.

    @TSB Would using a vpn on my phone to by pass restrictions on a work network cause problems with intetnet banking or the app. Or can you provide a number I can call to discuss this

    @TSB Chris I have been speaking to yopur RMs since April with some of them being exceptional. You have all the info in my account notes so tell someone to contact me. I spent more than 1 hr on the phone today and Natalie put the phone down !!!!
