    @TSB what is the point of having a Chat function in your app, that asks you to describe the issue while waiting for an agent ... then promptly closes the conversation each time you describe the issue. A continual loop wasting time.

    @TSB you open the bank in Stowmarket on Saturday mornings, but don't open a counter service, is it me or is that just pointless, as a business customer our charges constantly go up while your service constantly disapoints
