Whoever is responsible for the abomination that is the @TSB Business website needs a strong talking to. A “Continue” button that automatically logs you out. Cracking feature.

@TSB can you advise why money transfers from a French back are taking so long? That's been seven working days now and the funds still aren't on my account? Seriously, are the French bank using carrier pigeons these days?

@TSB Why not just say 'we don't believe you?' I always type the address in and this is a CODING PROBLEM, cache/cookie clearance never works. you had this fault recently and you've got it again. BANKING UNAVAILABLE.

@TSB @tsb You might refund the stolen money but you then penalise your customer by removing thr 0% interest on your credit card!!! Shocking customer service. Advisors don’t fulfill their promises & refuse to allow you to speak to a Manager. Will certainly never recommend TSB!

@TSB it is practically impossible to report a suspected fraudulent use of our address,by telephone because we are not TSB customers. 7 pieces of correspondence returned to you. Presuming someone is applying for a loan using our address? Advice please

@TSB just tell them to login as a business customer and try to do anything. They'll work it out.
