@TSB I'm back on hold..another 10 mins and counting. I'm sorry for you having to represent this horrendous outfit on here Alex. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, by far. That's why I've already got a switch to @firstdirect in process. Honestly though, it's dangerous..

@TSB Now beyond a joke..my entire online banking facility is locked, with zero justification and false promises of calls. This looks very much like a move of spite against a switching customer.. I WILL complain, and will also write up my whole experience for the @financialombuds

Sat on the phone 2hrs 30mins trying to get through to my bank, then when I eventually did get through the advisor she couldn’t help me and put me through to another dept which then cut me off after 15 minutes. Thanks @TSB for nothing.
