@TSB you app just told me to re register my log in details and your emergency number says you only work until 8 pm !! And so does the fraud number ! How is this possible

@TSB you logged me out of my app online banking down telephone numbers only operating 8-8 and fraud 8-9pm shameful. I just found I had fraud on my account then I was logged out and now god knows what’s going on

Gotta love @TSB for blocking my card for no reason and then not informing me. Then spending hours on the phone for the General helpline to say there's a block on the card, only for fraud to then say there isn't. Already made a complaint, had enough. Moving to @santanderuk

@TSB why is there no provision in your branches for disabled customers to be seated whilst in a queue? It makes going into a branch almost impossible (given the normally very long queues).

@TSB You stopped my card from working online. My children and I are covid positive, I can't order food to the home. I have to wait 5 days for a code to activate. The icing on the cake was when someone said pop to your local branch. Shall I bring covid to you?
