@TSB you logged me out of my app online banking down telephone numbers only operating 8-8 and fraud 8-9pm shameful. I just found I had fraud on my account then I was logged out and now god knows what’s going on

@TSB the singularly worse business bank on earth. called to query why a payment for an apple purchase did not go through and was told there is a known ongoing issue where biz debit cards fail to pay apple and there is nothing we can do. WTF!!!

@TSB is there a problem with the app? We are unable to approve payments. The approve payment button is frozen. Yes, we have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice and it still doesn’t work?!.

@TSB Yes, we've had access to the accounts for nearly 10 years. We've got a financial guardianship, issued by the Sheriff Court in Glasgow. Peter doesn't have capacity to run his accounts, so we were given the order so we could deal with it. Do you want details of accounts?
